The Coffou Cottage, designed by Brininstool-Lynch and completed June of 2008, has a modern aesthetic and is set in a sweeping meadow and black oak hardwood reserve. The home was awarded a "Citation of Merit" from the American Institute of Architects for 2010. It has been featured in international design and architectural publications. The 2700 sq ft linear design includes an open plan of the kitchen, dining, living area and porch as one room intensifies the views to meadow and woods to the South. Amazing attention to detail. Photos don't do the home justice. Property presented a great chance to get away and just relax. Very spacious and great space for four adults. Cooking was a real treat in a top of the line kitchen. Setting may be too quiet for some.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
