This spacious, luxury apartment is in beautiful, unspoiled Cassis, France. The apartment is a short walk to the picturesque, small fishing port, the beach, downtown, and restaurants. The apartment is a 5 minute walk downhill to the port, located just up from the beach, not at the top of the big hill leading to other residences. Ten minute walk back home after dining or shopping. There is a small terrace to enjoy coffee and croissants, as well as private parking. No other rentals on VRBO are as close walking to the port as this apartment.
Easy walk to the port for taking a ride to the Calanques by boat, having a drink at a cafe or eating in one of the many great restaurants in town. The beach is a short walk to either the big main port beach located next to the visitors center and lighthouse promenade or the smaller locals beach on the other side of the port. The apartment is located in walking distance to the grocery store, local market, casino and shopping. Day trips to many local wine domaines in the area is an easy outing. You can visit and taste at vineyards all around Cassis. Be sure to walk or hike in the beautiful Calanques, there are trails at every level of ability.
The apartment has just been totally renovated, has three bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed, the second with a double-size bed, and third with twin beds. Linens and towels are provided. A new, fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen, new bathrooms - one is a large room with tub/shower and sink,and the second with separate toilet and small sink ,a dining room that sits six to ten, as well as furnishings including TV,DVD, books,stereo with ipod compatible hook up,washer/dryer,and dishwasher. There is High speed InternetWIFI,and Satellite tv with CNN showing in English, there is also a phone for FREE land line calls within France, to the US,Canada and Western Europe.

Cassis is wonderfully located convenient to the entire Cote d'Azur and Provence areas, as well as easily accessible to other regions of France and neighboring countries. Experience the flavor of Provence and the south of France with out all the crowds. 1/2 hour from Marseille or Aix en Provence, 2 hrs from Nice/Cannes as well as numerous other villages and town within 1 hour for short day trips. Cassis is surrounded by many local wineries you can visit to try the excellent rose wine favored in the area.
We have provided a list of recommended day trips in the area we think all our visitors should see. There is a list of restaurants in the port area that we like, as well as doctors, pharmacists and other important information to get you acclamated to the wonderful town.
