Lovely, bright, charming 2 bedroom cottage located steps from private beach, this cottage sits on the Eastham Town Cove with sandy private beach (perfect for small children) and private boat dock. The Town Cove leads to direct access of the National Sea Shore and is perfect for boaters, kayakers, clam digging and is known for great bass fishing. Large adjacent open space common area is perfect for outdoor games. The cottage can sleep 4 people. One bedroom contains a double Queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a futon in the porch.

This sunny cottage has a private deck with Weber gas grill and patio furniture with picnic table for outdoor dining. The Town of Eastham is a perfect Cape Cod town, bordering Wellfleet and Orleans, with access to the bay and ocean, historic lighthouses, galleries, shops, restaurants, bike and hiking trails. There are a number of local bike and kayak rental shops. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is ½ mile away along with numerous hiking trails. Cost Guard Beach is 2 miles from the cottage.

There are recreational activities like mini-golf and 9 and 18 hole golf courses near by and the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinemas. Eastham is a half hour drive from Provincetown and some of the best whale watching in the region.

Other Activities: Clam digging on private beach, kayaking right on the property; fishing from the dock.
