We are located on the quiet east end of the island, just blocks from the historic Sanibel Lighthouse and Fishing Pier. Sanibel Arms is a friendly, meticulously maintained condominium complex with on site management and Clubhouse. There is a canal on the north side of the property with a dock. Dock space is complimentary, so bring your boat.
The interior décor of our unit has a definite Comfortable Island Flair. The kitchen is remodeled and exceptionally well equipped. The master bedroom is newly painted and has island style furnishings, queen size bed with new mattress and new flat screen TV. Second bedroom is bright and sunny, and is furnished with 2 twin beds with new mattresses. You will have a glimpse of the beach from the dining room table. The lanai has glass sliding doors for your enjoyment.
The white sandy beaches are wild and natural with more birds than people. While relaxing on your beach chair, you can see gulls,terns, ospreys, cormorants, pelicans, frigates, ibis, plovers, sandpipers and more.
The J.N. "Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge has 6,000 acres of mangrove jungles and virgin wetlands. You can explore the refuge by car, foot, bicycle, kayak or guided tram.
Sanibel is a bicyclists Utopia with 25 miles of bicycle paths. These wide paths are also friendly to walkers and joggers. Bring your bicycle or rent one on the island. Our condo complex is adjacent to the path.
