Friends and I stayed here during July, 2011 and we couldn't have been happier, the house is clean, modern, spacious and has all the amentities you need. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Lake was just the right size for boating, etc. and not too crowded to be able to tube. Small town feel to get away from it all and 10 minutes away from downtown Bethel for groceries, shopping, etc. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating for our large group.

Spent the first week of October with the gorgeous turning of the seasons at this fabulous lake house with my wife. We had an absolutely wonderful time and are now thinking of arranging a family vacation here next summer. The place really is all inclusive. Again, a fabulous vacation at an absolutely wonderful location.

Great house for several families. Big garage, all amenities for a home-away-from-home stay. Kitchen works fabulous and there's plenty of room. Really neat location in the middle of a pond and it's still just 5+ minutes back to Bethel and 15 minutes to Sunday River. Worth renting! Just a note - follow the owner's directions to get there, as the road is a little tough to find.

We just finished a vacation here with 5 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room for all and something for everyone to do. The kids can play with very little worries from the parents. The house is well kept and very pretty. We had a whole lot of fun 'exploring' with the boats. Thank you for a great start to our summer!

This place is fabulous, we stayed here in 2007, 5 adults and 4 children. Was plenty of room. The place is gorgeous and very well kept...the grounds were really pretty.
