This romantic atmosphere is set in a secluded gated community with tennis courts, an adults only Beach club, access to Championship Golf Course - Cabo Real, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The only thing between your perfect view of the sea and sand is your pool, or perhaps you would prefer the 2 swim-up bar pools, one right on the sand.
The Condo has marble floors, washer/dryer, 15 ft. cathedral ceilings, terrace and a kitchenette. Be lulled to sleep by the rhythm of gently washing waves, and awaken to the crystal clear glorious view of the sea.
The 10-room Spa, Chakra, provides full service spa treatments and the fitness center is fully equipped. There are 2 restaurants and 1 bar in this community, as well as a mesquite grill on the beach...all for you.

- Elevator: Brand Spanking New and very EXPENSIVE...Please ride and enjoy it. Makes getting to the Penthouse a lot easier especially if you carrying groceries or luggage. Or just plain ole tuckered-out from day out.

- King Bed: Really comfortable. AND you can see the Sea while laying in bed. Incredible to see the early morning sun rise over the Sea while in bed...with one eye open.
- Convertible Bed: Well, not much you can say about a convertible sofa bed...if you're tired, it works just fine. I wouldn't want to make it my real bed. The Kids or In-Laws won't mind. Maybe they will, and that might be okay too.
