If you are looking for a very Clean, designer decorated, condo right on the beach at a reasonable rate look no further!

Why choose my unit over other Portofino units on VRBO? Mine has great views of both the gulf and the bay, it's brand new on the rental market so it looks absolutely new, it's decor is gorgeous, and I have priced my rates lower than any other Portofino listings on VRBO. So you'll get the most for your dollar if you rent from me!

My condo is on the 12th floor in Tower One of the upscale Portofino resort. The Portofino is located on the east end of Pensacola Beach and is adjacent to the National Seashore. This means you can readily find a quiet spot on the beach on the guf side to sunbathe or walk along a secluded shoreline on the bay side.

My unit's furnishings are gorgeous and upscale...dining table is from Crate & Barrell, pots and pans are chef quality, designer lamps in bedrooms, high quality linens, interesting artwork, etc.

There is a lot to do at the Portofino for adults and children. You'll find restaurants, bands performing poolside, a day spa, fitness room with a water view, children's programs, multiple outdoor pools, an indoor Olympic heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and beach rentals to do things like sail and jet ski.

It you're looking for nightlife and great places to eat out in the evening Pensacola Beach has some great options. If you're wanting to do things like shop, enjoy some theater, or visit museums, downtown historic Pensacola is only a 20 minute drive away.

  • I stayed at the Portofino condo for a week in August. The pictures don't do it justice. I had a great time, and was depressed when I had to leave. We had a slight maintenance issue, and Angela quickly resolved it. She was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again, the resort was beautiful and Pensacola beach was breathtaking.

  • What a great deal and beautiful place to relax. The condo is spotless and gets you in the beach mood with the great decor. Great sunset views from the balcony and views of both the white sand beach (the Gulf) and the sound. The Portofino has great amenities which differentiates it from standard condo--good restaurants and try a "boat drink" (quoting Jimmy Buffett) by the pools. Great entertainment (live bands) by the pool.

  • Wow! What a view and what a condo! Beautiful and comfortable. We had a hard time pulling ourselves from the comfy sofa to go outside and enjoy the property. When we did go outside we had a great time at the pools (my daughter kept ordering Shirley Temples) and at the Gulf. The owners where so nice to rent from and very prompt with info and deposit return. Thank you for a great place to stay while we visited family.

  • We stayed at this condo March 1st/March 6th 09. The veiws are awesome.You can see the bay and the gulf. The condo is roomy and decorated very nice. Everything is there for you just bring yourself. Angela is so nice and easy to deal with. We would love to come back!
