A great condo for the Boston Marathon! We could not have been happier. The location was fantastic and the lay out of the condo made it work for 2 couples. It was very clean and looked like it would have had everything if we wanted to cook. (We didn't). So much more fun than a hotel room. Carlos & Cheryl were great to work with and I had a lot of questions. Carlos even called after the Marathon to see if we were OK. Some of the restaurants we liked in the North End included Theo's for breakfast, Giacomo's for dinner.Go early or a long wait and expect to be rushed once you are in but the food was excellent. Dino's on Salem was so good (and better priced) that we ate there three times. The people there were so friendly. Modern was our bakery of choice after extensive comparisons. Out of the North End we had a good dinner at the Barking Crab. Until the tragedy at the 117th Marathon it had been a perfect vacation. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo is in a great location and easy to find, with everything there that you need. It is very clean and tidy with good access to the internet. We had a wonderful time in Boston, we watched our first baseball game at Fenway Park with the Red Sox, we went whale watching (saw 2 whales, a dolphin and a seal). The trolley bus tour was very good with very good drivers who knew so much about their great city, when we went to get our tickets we were told that we had got an extra free days travel. We also had free entry into the Boston Tea Party museum which was brilliant. We also hired a car and visited Salem, Springfield, Cape Cod and Provincetown. The only thing we didn’t realise was about the car parking. We had to spend $30 each night to park it in a garage. We were hoping to find somewhere on the street, but everywhere is ‘residents parking only’. Our favourite places were Quincy Market (fabulous selection of foods), Boston Common and the Cheers restaurant. Overall it is a great place to visit, most of it can be done on foot. Thanks for a great holiday.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This apartment was extremely pleasant and lovely to stay in. Its location so close to the Freedom Trail and in Boston's Italian North End was ideal, close to several recommended sights and restaurants. It was an easy walk to Boston Common and the Back Bay. Most importantly though, the apartment was very comfortable to stay in and felt like a little home away from home. It was very clean and comfortable. Having separate, even if small, rooms for beds, dining, and living made it a really great place to relax for a family of 4. Its location in the courtyard off the street was perfect and very quiet. We would absolutely stay there again if we can! Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a wonderful time in Boston and a big reason why was this condo. It's in a perfect location only steps away from the Freedom Trail, the endless number of Italian restuarants and bakerys, and only a short walk to all of the other Boston attractions. Plus there is a grocery store and bottle shop right on the corner which was very handy on chilly nights indoors! But what's more it was a very homely, cutely decorated, warm and clean place for the three of us to come home to after chilly days in Boston. It was so great to go out for some wonderful Italian for dinner and know you only a few blocks away from a cosy lounge room (and good cable TV!), strong hot shower and comfy warm bed. Carlos was also very helpful, providing ample information in a prompt fashion which especially comforting as we were travelling from the other side of the world. Will definately stay here again on my next visit to Boston.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Bottom line, our trip to Boston would not have been more magical had we not found this place. The location couldn't have been more perfect. With the Old North church around one corner and the all-night bakery around the other, discovery and delight defines our trip. The apartment is not luxurious but efficient, comfortable and functional. The best value for your money by far!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was just perfect. Conveniently located in the North End. The building was nice and quiet and fit our family of 5 perfectly. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants. The place was very cozy but there were not a lot of tv channels. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Large bathroom with shower, and towels are provided. The Haymarket train station is walking distance from the apartment. A good size for a small family. And if you have an infant or toddler, a portable crib is provided. Also, very good housekeeping. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a great section of the North End. I would look forward to staying here again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a fantastic place to stay in Boston - the photos and description of the condo was spot on. So close to the metro and a stone's throw from fantastic Italian restaurants and pastry shops in the North End. We had a wonderful time in the condo which is cosy and had everthing we needed. The privacy of the the off street courtyard and entrance only enhanced our experience. The fireworks on the harbour on New Years Eve was brilliant. Would recommend this condo to anyone without a car as it is so close to everything you need. Thanks Carlos.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife, my two daughters (6 & 4) and I stayed here for a great getaway in the North End. The place was clean, nicely furnished, and walkable to everything. We strolled around the North End, got a delicious meal at Antico Forno, walked to Faneuil Hall to enjoy the Christmas decorations and light show. Carlos was a prompt and thoughtful host who helped make accommodation for our shorter stay. Highly recommend to anyone from the area who's interested in a night in the city, or any out-of-towners who want to be close to the attractions and neighborhoods that define Boston.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This apartment is in the North End of Boston, right in the heart of things. It's steps away from the Italian quarter with loads of great restaurants and bars just around the corner. The apartment itself is in a quiet courtyard off the road, so there is no traffic noise or people passing on the street. It's only a 10 minute walk to Quincey Market and North Station - the location is perfect. The apartment itself is lovely - very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. it's up 1 flight of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us as 3 adults. The twin room, while small, was great, as most apartments seem to have just doubles or fold-out beds. The double room was large enough to hold all our suitcases (and shopping!) for our 5 day stay. The living room and kitchen were both a good size as well. We mostly ate out while we were there, but there's a grocery store on the corner where we bought some supplies for the mornings. Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. all payments we made were through Paypal, and we had no problems receiving the keys. Our security deposit was returned quickly too after our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and we'll be staying here again on our next trip.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The location of the condo is great! It was quiet being in a courtyard, and about a half minute walk to the freedom trail, right smack in the middle of the trail, so you can do one half one day and the other half another day. As Canadians we weren't really sure about how much the freedom trail would be of interest, but it is a nice way to just see the sites even if the history isn't what you are there for. And if you get lost, you can always find the red brick trail back home. The tour bus stop is just a 2 min walk down the trail near the copp's burial ground. The area the condo is in is the oldest part of Boston with lots of character, narrow roads and old brick residences. Lots of Italian restaurants. Mike's pastry was mindboggling. Hanover St. a block away, was packed on Sat night but reasonable the other nights. Side note, if you get a chance to drive down the coast to the Plimoth Plantation, that was a highlight, really neat living museum. The enterprise rental car place is within walking distance. The condo itself was comfortable and clean and we loved the bed! Since it is an older suite the finishing isn't perfect, but it had its old charm and made us really feel like we were staying somewhere else in someone else's life and time. There were enough basics in the kitchen to do all we needed. While we were there the dryer didn't work and we had to use the laundromat to dry. But it was very close by on Salem. The owner responded quickly to our enquires while there. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this North End condo. While small, it was very clean and located within walking distance of excellent restaurants and historical sites. Public transportation was close by for our excursions outside the city. We did not miss having a car. The owners were helpful and easy to work with. We appreciated them letting us leave our luggage at the flat after checkout time since we had a late flight. We would recommend Antico Forno for pizza and risotto, Giacomo's for calamari and pasta, Neptune's Oysters and Leagal Seafood for clam chowder. After taste testing we preferred Modern Pastry over Mike's for cannoli.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

As they say in real estate, location, location, location and this Condo could not be better located in the charming and beautiful North End of Boston. All of the historical sites are within walking distance or close to public transportation and no car is required. Many wonderful restaurants and bakeries close by and it is a safe neighborhood. We did the Freedom Trail in one day walking 5 miles and another day visited the JFK Library and Harvard Square riding the "T". Very user friendly public transportation system. The owners could not have been more cooperative and responsive. Thanks Cheryl & Carlos for sharing your wonderful abode. We will be back for sure!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This was our first time in Boston. It was great to be engulfed in the truly diverse culture Boston had to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better location in Boston. We only had about a day and a half in Boston for this weekend getaway but took in all the sites. A few great experiences we had were having a family dinner at Assaggio, which was just through the church courtyard, and it was great fresh Italian food. The other was having delightful cheesecake from Mike's Pastry's (Oreo Cheesecake YUM). After you figure out Boston's confusing street layout it was easy to get anywhere you wanted with a short walk. After all the walking it was great to come back to a nice comfortable bed, and a clean condo. Being from a small town in the Midwest it was very fun to live the Boston life for our few days there. Carlos was very accommodating and personal. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends without hesitation. Great Place To Stay!!Did you find this review helpful? We stayed for 2 weeks in this comfortable apartment in the North End and found that everything in the description on VRBO to be accurate. The unit was clean & well maintained & the owner was very helpful in all our communications. The neighborhood is Italian & filled with wonderful bakeries & restaurants. One of our favorite restaurants was Lucca on Hanover Street. We found it easy to walk everywhere & for longer jaunts we used the T with no problems. Boston is an exciting city filled with history & culture & well worth a visit.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a great location, and what a great price for a two bedroom! We walked everywhere in Boston for a week, and staying in the North End is the best as far as eating out goes. I've never had Italian food this good. We picked up breakfast items from the local CVS (it just worked for us), and there's a beer/wine store on the corner from the apartment, so we were able to save some money on eating out there. We loved having two bedrooms: out 3 year old was able to go to bed, and we could stay up and enjoy the alone time. So much better than a hotel room! The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommended! The owners are responsive and fabulous to deal with. We will absolutely be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a really nice time staying at this place.....it is so quiet. I have been to Boston several times, but my first time in North End. North End is a great neighborhood. We have little ones so we were a little hesitant taking them to Boston. The area was more kid friendly than I expected. There was a great playground designed for ages 2-5, which was perfect for them....think it was on Prince Street. We had gelato every night and the food was great. People were great too...very friendly and nice. We hope to return again soon!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We recently completed a fantastic short visit to this condo in Boston's North End. This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever come across. The location is so convenient to many of the historical sites in the North End and is easily accessible via walking, public transit and taxi. The condo itself is in great condition in a quiet building tucked back in a courtyard. The condo is located near many great food options and we loved everything we tried; especially the boston cream puff pastries from Mike's. But, what really sets this condo apart are the owners. They are the most detail-oriented and helpful renters that we have encountered on VRBO. They sent an incredibly helpful email a few weeks before our stay that answered any and all questions we could have had. They made the entire rental experience seamless and efficient. We will definitely rent from them again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I have just got back from a stay in this wonderful Condo in the beautiful North End of Boston. I have been to Boston many times but always stayed in hotels. This is such good value for money and its great to have your own front door instead of a boring hotel. Teh space for 3 of us was great. I took my mum and my brother. They loved it and are still talking about it now! When we arrived we went to The White Hen Pantry on the corner of North Bennet and Hanover Street. Now it is quite expensive, but they have a deli and for a few items it served us well. The location was fantastic and you are spoilt for choice with all the different restaurants in the area and around Boston. A fantastic stay and will be back!Did you find this review helpful? This condo is not just "near" the Freedom Trail it couldn't be any closer unless you were on the Freedom Trail! It is located literally just around the corner from the Old North Church and maybe 3 block (very short blocks, too!) from Paul Revere's House. Part of our group arrived early Thursday afternoon, left their bags at the condo and began their Boston adventure. Thank you to Carlos for letting them leave their bags prior to the normal check-in time. The rest of us arrived about 6:30 pm. EASY train ride from Logan Airport. The North End exudes history. You can almost hear the walls and cobbletsone streets whisper to you regarding the events and people that created this country. We had dinner at Mamma Maria (across the square from Paul Revere's house!) and it was delicious. The staff was delightful. Make a reservation - you won't regret it! But don't get dessert there, although I am sure it is wonderful---walk over to Mike's Pastry and get in line for a canoli (we did - every night!). The condo was clean and accommodated the 4 of us quite nicely. I would love to know more about the history of the building in which the condo is located. If those walls could really talk! DO NOT BRING A CAR. Really, you won't need one if you intend to stay in the North End or the City of Boston. The T is a great and inexpensive way to get around. There were plenty of nice soft towels and the condo had everything we could have wanted or needed. The beds and linens were comfortable. If water pressure is high on your priority list, please note, that probably due to the age of this building, the water pressure in the shower is not the greatest, but other than that, this was a perfect place to stay.Did you find this review helpful? We found the apartment very convenient for all the historical sights, shopping, eating out and transport. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, is well equipped and very comfortable. There is a small supermarket on the corner of the street and many wonderful restaurants nearby. North End is the Italian district of Boston so there are also great bakeries and delicatessens within easy walking distance. North End Station is about 8 mins walk away and gives easy access into other areas of Boston though walking the Freedom Trail, which is very close by, is a must. Carlos and Cheryl Gaskin, the owners of the apartment, are extremely helpful and approachable. All in all we would recommend the apartment wholeheartedly.Did you find this review helpful? My wife and I had a wedding to attend between Christmas and New Year's in Boston and decided to stay for a week. This condo is in the oldest section of Boston - the North End which also happens to be the Italian secton. The condo was nice with a small full but servicable kitchen. We cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners in it with no problem. The condo was very clean with lots of necessaries such as towels and kitchen and bath supplies. Lots of books and visitor information which was wonderful. The best part of this condo is it's location. A bit over one block from the Old North Church which puts it almost on the Freedom Trail. Next to Salem and Hanover Streets puts it right in the action of the Italian section with all of its restaurants. The nearest "T" (subway) station is only a 5 minute walk and from here you can get to Harvard/Cambridge in less than 1/2 hour. Franeuil Hall shopping is a 10 minute walk. The ideal place to visit all of the sights in Boston. We will come back when we visit Boston again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My wife & I had a great week's stay at this very clean & comfortable condo. Easy to find, quiet in a safe & friendly neighbourhood. Location is ideal, between Salem St & Hanover St with access to lots of great Italian restaurants in the North End. Only a 10 minute walk to Fanueil Market, the nearest T station (Haymarket). Great communication from the very accommodating owner, Carlos. The heating in the condo was great (we were there mid-December) and facilities just as described (TV, DVD, internet etc.). It was a good job there was a 2nd bedroom in order to fit in all our Christmas gift purchases to take back to England! Would definitely recommend to friends & family and would love to return in the near future. Boston is such a great city, plenty to see, restaurants galore, easy to walk around and navigate and fantastic oysters and seafood. We'd highly recommend Marliave Cafe near Downtown Crossing (Bosworth St) between 4 & 6pm for their superb $1 oysters. We tried everywhere from Neptune, B&G, Island Creek etc. and Marliave's were up there with the very best and elegantly presented on lots of ice as they should be. A friendly bar/restaurant. Go there!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This condo delivers everything it promises. It's super clean and comfy and conveniently located. The North End has a true neighborhood feel, so you don't feel like you're staying in a big city. While the street is quiet, right around the corner on Hanover Street are plenty of restaurants (and Mike's Pastries...yum!) and shops and locals going about their daily lives. If you love Italian food, this is the place to stay! A few minutes of walking takes you out of the North End...to historical sights, or more shops, or the T if you want to ride the subway. And it really is steps away from the Freedom Trail. Thanks to Carlos and Cheryl for a great place to stay and making everything so easy!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

We were attending a family wedding in Boston and decided to live a slice of life in the city rather than staying in the same old hotel room. We were not disappointed! The condo is verry clean, updated and nicely decorated. Not huge but has everything you would need or find in any older condo in a large city. Somehow they even fit a dishwasher! Boston's North End is very fun, safe, convenient to eating, touring and the T and colorful- we even saw the Stanley Cup as it was paraded through a side st. The condo is off the st and very quiet. Hope to return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I was not really looking forward to staying in a big city, but booked the condo because my husband visited Boston previously and loved it. Much to my surprise, so did I!. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go (bus tour, aquarium, harbor tour, restaurants, Freedom Trail) and really enjoyed the old streets of the ciry. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quiet, cool, clean place to rest after a long day of walking (especially if you have teens so everyone can spread out and have some "alone" time). Loved Pushcart Pizzeria on Salem. If you want to go out to eat on Saturday night, be prepared for lines! We were able to get into Mike's bakery on Sunday morning and so glad we did not wait in the HUGE line the night before. Would definitely like to come back and if we do, would surely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect! My husband and I, along with my 77 year old mother, enjoyed our week there. The North Side is a great location and the condo was clean, well-equiped, and lovely. Our daughter and her family recently moved to Boston, so we will visit often and plan to stay here again whenever possible.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is very clean and cozy and incredibly convenient to all of Boston's historic attractions. It is smack dab on the middle of the fascinating North End and makes you feel like a native for the duration of your stay. It's also walking distance from the subway. It's walking distance also from some of the best food in Boston! One of my better VRBO experiences for sure.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Have just returned from five wonderful days in this condo, which is in the North End district of Boston. The condo was clean, small but perfect for one's home comforts away from home. It had everything you could wish to have in your own home apart from in our case, "quaintness". We LOVED it, we loved the area, the people, the atmosphere. If we come back to visit Boston we will certainly rent Carlos and Cheryl's condo in North End. Thank you also for a hassle free rental experience from start to finish.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was exactly as described. The building is old but charming and location is excellent. The unit was freshly painted and immaculately clean. Appliances are modern. I don't recommend it for people who have difficulty climbing stairs, but for anyone who can make it up one flight, it's fine. One nice surprise was a little convenience store on the corner, just a block away, where we could buy groceries. There are two T stops within short walking distance (including one that goes directly to the airport). Our teens especially liked the aquarium and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, each of which we visited twice in our one week stay. One day we took the T to the airport and rented a car to drive down to Plimoth Plantation - well worth the trip. There are not many (or any?) hotels in the North End, so we were especially grateful to have this unit available to us. For such a lively neighborhood, the unit was particularly quiet because the building is on a courtyard, foot traffic only.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Loved this place! The location was perfect. Actually mere minutes away from alot of the places on the Freedom Trail. Loved it. 2 min walk away from an awesome breakfast/lunch place called Theos. great service, huge portions and awesome home cooked food. must of went there 4 or 5 times!!!You are also min away fron countless pizza and Itailian restaurants. You cant go wrong. We walked everywhere. Loved it !!. The building .,as are all in the North end, is old but it has been updated and is very comfortable. Very clean and perfect for a family as it has 2 bedrooms.Had an awesome sleep every night. You cant go wrong with this condo for its location, and price. We would totally rent it again. Dont forget to vistit Mikes pastry! I min walk, on hanover. Awesome pastries, unbelievable portions.Yummmm... Also, this condo is like a 1o min. walk to TD Garden and the totally user friendly transit system. Buy a 7 day pass which works well. Dont forget to take a Hopalong bus tour. Its a must! We were very happy with this condo and for the great customer service by the owners. they will surely hear from us again...Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What an amazing stay we had in your condo. We arrived in Boston on Christmas day, just in time for the blizzard. Your condo was so easy to find and the rental process was a breeze. Your detailed instructions were fantastic, we knew everything from how to dispose of the trash to how to operate the TV and wireless before we even arrived. It's in a fantastic location, close to wonderful restaurants, grocers, and pastry shops (Mike's yum!). We were able to walk to all the sights, with Paul Revere's house right around the corner. For those who don't like to walk the T station is right around the corner. A 5 minute ride took us to Cambridge were we toured a beautiful snow covered Harvard campus, another day we hoped the T to Fenway for a stadium tour and then again for a day at the Museum of science (great fun, especially with kids, the butterfly exhibit and a movie are a must). The condo itself is extremely cute and comes with all the comforts of home. Our daughter loved having her own room, as opposed to sharing a hotel room with mom and dad. Thank you so much for a fabulous week. We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed here for three nights in mid December and had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the building is very family friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable and they had a lot of extra blankets and linens which was great in the chilly weather. The location was great being right in the middle of the North End. Pizzeria Regina is just a couple minutes walk as is Mike's Pastry and Daily Catch(the best seafood past ever!!). Closest station is Haymarket, and North station isn't far either. Carlos was really great about answering all our questions and providing everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to others.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and our 4 year old and I had a great stay at this excellent location in the North End. Quiet street, walking distance to many attractions. The size of the apt. was just right for us. I've had several friends who have lived in the North End, and lived in very similar apartments to this one. Small by suburban America's standards, but perfect for a cozy family getaway to Boston! It was very clean, in fact I noticed how clean it smelled when we walked in. We were able to walk to playgrounds, Faneuil Hall, even Chinatown, (but we did use our umbrella stroller for our daughter, it would have been a long walk for her, but it was perfect for us.) We parked in a local garage and did not use our car until the day we left. Our 4 year old loved riding the T, so we took the T to Harvard Square one night for dinner. There is a great children't book store over there. We went to the Children's Museum one afternoon, which was just right for her age. We also went to the North End branch of the public library one rainy morning, and they had a nice little children's section. The contact info with the apartment owners was excellent. They always had good email contact with us, and sent us very detailed, thorough instructions for check in, check out, parking, etc. We have, and will continue to tell our friends and family about this discovery that fit our needs just perfectly.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was perfect for my sister's and my recent trip to Boston. We loved being in the North End with boundless restaurants, pastry shops, small grocery stores, historic sites, etc., all within a couple of blocks of the apartment. Transportation to the airport and Metro connections was amazingly convenient. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed coming "home" every night after a full day of sightseeing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends/family.The owner provided excellent customer service - even mailing my sister's left-behind cell phone back to her. It arrived home before she did!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment- it was everything we expected and more! Carlos went above and beyong by providing us with helpful hints about the North End and how/what to see in Boston. We have rented several accomodations in other cities (New York City, Barcelona, Dublin, Paris and Miami) and this was top notch! The hospitality on top of the beautiful accomodations was a fantastic bonus-everything was straight forward- from getting on the "T" to finding the apartment. Also, the recommendations of splitting up the Freedom Trail and extra details about car rentals/parking was appreciated! The apartment was spacious, up-to-date, clean and in an excellent location. We LOVED the North End and we definately will tell all our friends about this wonderful city and fantastic place to stay! Thanks, Julie in Toronto, Ontario, CanadaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We couldn't have asked for more. The two of us had a wonderful 7 day stay at this immaculately clean and quiet condo; located perfectly between Hanover and Salem Streets. Within walking distance to everything. We felt very safe walking to and from the condo at any hour of the day or night. Neither of our taxi drivers - delivering from the airport and picking us up, had any trouble finding the condo. When I dropped an earring and it went under the bed, I feared not being able to find it. At even the best hotels the earring would have been hard to find among the dust bunnies. No dust bunnies under this bed!! Although there is a washer and dryer in the hall just outside the condo, we found the laundromat on Salem, across from the North Church just as convenient and we could do more loads at once. Although the temperatures were in the mid-90's, the 3 window air conditioners kept the condo comfortable day and night. We took the "T" to the Back Bay twice, and ended up walking 'home' each time. We aren't big city people; Boston didn't seem like a big city to us. We've already told everyone we've talked to about this wonderful condo, it's perfect location and a rental price well within our budget. Our only fear is that the next time we want to rent it, some of those friends will already have it reserved! Thanks Carlos and Cheryl for sharing your condo and making our vacation one that we will always remember.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
