Gorgeous 2 BD/2 BA gulf front unit on the seventh floor of a popular low-rise building in the heart of Destin. This unit is one of the most requested in the building.
A TOTAL RENOVATION HAS JUST BEEN COMPLETED. BRAND NEW GORGEOUS GRANITE AND CUSTOM CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS,STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES AND DESIGNER TILE THROUGHOUT LIVING AREA. This unit has been professionally decorated in a "WEST INDIES" theme. All of the furniture and linens are brand new. Wake up to the sound of the surf rolling onto the soft, white sand. Your master bedroom and living room both open onto the huge gulf front balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds, beach and pool.
Your well equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you decide to prepare your dinner on one of the gas grills available for your use. The high end appointments in the kitchen are accented by the tumbled noche stone behind the stove. The living room and dining room seat seven comfortably. There is a convertible sofa in the living room along with a 47" FLAT SCREEN television with HIGH DEFINITION television service. A DVD player is available to watch your favorite movies after a long day in the sun. A wet bar with wine cooler completes the living area.
Each bedroom boasts a king bed with beautiful tropical furniture. The master has a flat panel television for your enjoyment. There is a vanity with custom cabinets and granite between the master bedroom and master bath. The main bathroom area of the master bathroom has a separate shower along with an oversized whirlpool tub to soak in after a long day on the beach.
No details were spared in either bathroom with tropical wallpaper carrying the tropical theme through the unit. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have brand new towels and linens for your comfort.
There is an oversized balcony with an eating table and plenty of seating so you can enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the sunset. This large balcony is also wonderful for sunbathing and whale watching.
Beach service including chair/umbrella rental and kayak/boogie board rental is available on your 380' of private beach.
Many casual and fine dining restaurants are available in Destin. Destin Commons is nearby and features restaurants, specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater. Silver Sands outlet mall is also just a few miles from your unit to satisfy the bargain hunter in your family. Many championship golf courses are nearby as are opportunities for water craft rental or deep sea fishing.

I would give this condo a better rating than 4, probably a 4.5. The only problem my wife and I had was the mattress in the Master Bedroom. We could not get a good nights sleep and ended up sleeping in the second bedroom. We would like to come again, but only if the bed issue was resolved. Thank you for sharing your condo. Jerry & Becky

We trust you enjoyed the beautiful views of the white sugar-sand beaches and all that Destin has to offer. The condo was completely upgraded throughout within the last year, but thank you for your perspective on the master bedroom mattress. We realize that finding the “right mattress” is a very individual choice and we took great care in selecting “medium firmness” mattresses for each bedroom. We’ve not had anyone else express concerns and we take all reviews very seriously. We will have the mattress inspected and make any changes that are appropriate. Again, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your future visit!

My family of 5 stayed here in early June and had a wonderful time. The condo was very neat, well decorated and updated. I loved the large, flat screen TV with cox cable (with HD). The 7th floor view provided a high viewpoint for a great scene, and being mostly centered in the building allowed for easy pool and beach viewing. I would ask for this unit again upon return.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

We've traveled the world and have stayed in places from Bali to Belgium and nearly every resort has always had a "hotel" feel to it. This condo is one of the very few times that I've felt like I was home. Our stay here was literally like we packed up our home and took it with us to the beach! Everything that you ever miss from home is included in this condo! When sitting on the beach we thought to ourselves that it would be great to have some pina-colada's A quick run up to the condo, some ice from the ice maker, the PROVIDED blender... and voila! We were set! The included washer and dryer was a huge plus too! This unit even comes with beach chairs and pool toys for the kiddies! As for the beach... Destin has one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. Nothing but soft white sand to sink your feet into. The water was clear and warm. The locals had estimated that the oil spill was still over 100 miles away so no worries there. The fact that this condo is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in only adds to the great time that is Destin. This location is quiet enough to "get away" but you can still find plenty of activities and dinning to keep the entire family entertained. This is nothing like Panama City drunks... parties, traffic,crowds, etc. Destin, and this lovely condo is the place to be! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! ~M&M
