A few years ago, Jim and I discovered a wonderful development in the SE valley of Phoenix area named Seville Golf and Country Club. As the name suggests, it is exclusive, gorgeous, stunning area with views of the San Tan Mountain range and the amenities of the Golf Club and Sports Facility. All are magnificent! We bought a home and have been happy, content Seville residents since. Because we love this area so much, we decided to purchase another to be a "home away from home" for our guests. We absolutely know you will love our home!

The setting is especially great with the rear yard overlooking a lake, sports facility and club house area, the expanse of two fairways and view of the San Tan Mountain range. It is truly stunning! Okay. Use your imagination and picture warm weather, sunshine, mountains, water and just plain 'ole beauty!

The home is freshly painted, furnished perfectly with comfortable leather couches, beautiful bedrooms, new stainless steel appliances, flat panel TV's and more. Yep! Just the way you want your vacation home to be!

On the patio, we have table and chairs for six, a gas grill for your convenience and a gorgeous back yard adjacent to the golf course.

A very short distance away, you may visit the sports center with exercise rooms, weight room, multiple swimming pools (including lap pool, play pool, wading pool and water slide area), volleyball, basketball, tennis and so forth. You get the idea! It is absolutely great! The charge for this is $50 per week per immediate family or $25 per week per person, so it is an exceptional bargain!

  • We stayed in this lovely home while our home was being remodeled. Ruth and Jim were so gracious and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. The house was spotless and the view from the master bedroom is just spectacular. I'm very picky about accommodations but this home far exceeded my expectations.

  • Dates June 30 - July 7. What a beautiful home and suroundings! We had a great time in your home, Country Club and surrounding beauty of Arizona. We managed to do quite a lot while there. On Monday night we went to the Dbacks game. We even went to the ASU campus to watch the play "Wicked". It was hard to leave the sun and fun so we are thinking of returning in the spring. My wifes parents and her Aunt from San Diego and another from Denver have been coming down to Mesa for several years to watch the Cubs and Padres during spring training. However, we would like to stay in your house again. We enjoyed it vey much. We really liked your decorations! We liked the hand soaps, the heavy blankets on the beds and nik-knacks that were in the kitchen. I would recomend this home to anyone but would also like to keep it a secret:-) Thanks again!!

  • WONDERFUL! We stayed at this home for 9 nights in April/09 and were so pleased with it. The house is just as described in the listing and more ...we loved the spaciousness of it, how spotlessly clean it was, the new feel with having just been redecorated & painted. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It's obvious that the owners have gone to a lot of effort in making this home both comfortable and beautiful for their guests, and that they take great pride in their property. We felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy the use of this lovely home! The subdivision is very nice, the views out the back of the house are fantastic, the landscaping is professionally done and well maintained. The country club facilities are excellent and we felt like we were at a resort, but a very uncrowded one. We didn't golf, but made good use of the tennis courts, pools and exercise facilities. The owners (Ruth and Jim) were great to work with both prior to and during our stay. Very pleasant and caring hosts! I highly recommend this house, and we are looking forward to a return visit!

  • We were the first guests to stay in this lovely home in Gilbert, Arizona. Lovely doesn't even come close to the way it is professionally decorated down to the wonderful views from the backyard. It was so quiet and every thing that anyone could need was provided for us down to the beach towels for the swimming pool. The owners were so nice and keep in contact with us to see how stay was going. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We like the area so much we are thinking about purchasing property there. Our stay was from Feb.27th to March 6th, 2009. You will love staying in this home.
