Premier Villa location in Sea Pines Plantation. A great choice for your golf and/or family vacation. Our villa is located on the 9th Tee of the Ocean Golf Course. It is adjacent to the new Pete Dye Heron Point Golf Course and minutes away from nationally ranked Harbour Town Golf Links.
Plantation Club has two family friendly swimming pools on the premises - one only 100 yards from your front door. Our villa is less than a five minute walk or bike ride to the beach and Sea Pines' popular Beach Club where you can enjoy casual dining, spectacular sunsets and live entertainment. The shops and restaurants at Harbour Town are within walking distance.
Our villa is a three bedroom townhouse. The main floor includes a spacious living room with a separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bath. There are three large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two large closets, full bath, TV and balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, full bath and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, two closets and a full bath.
Our villa was completely renovated in February 2009 and is a first time rental listing. A second A/C unit has been installed upstairs to provide separate climate control for the bedrooms - a much appreciated feature during Hilton Head's summer months. There is a new 42" high definition flat panel TV in the living room. The villa is wired for high speed Wi-Fi internet service.
Sea Pines is a unique experience like no other vacation destination. Healthy amenities include extensive bike and walking paths winding throughout the Plantation. Sports activities include golf, tennis, fishing and boating. Make Sea Pines your escape for rest and rejuvenation.
