Thank you E & J - you are the best. I stayed with a few friends and we had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for a small group of friends, clean, nice patio with BBQ pit and only 5 minute walk from the main ditch plains beach (which is awesome). Had such a great time and definitely recommend to all.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family has spent the last 7 years in Montauk during August and this is one of the nicest houses we have rented. This 2 bedroom beach cottage is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms are all well appointed and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage and each with its own bath. The kitchen with a separate eating area is new with every bowl, dish and cooking pan provided. Easy 5 minute walk to famous Ditch Plains Beach. This is a great house for a family of 4. Thank you Ellen & Joan for making our stay so wonderful. We look forward to returning next year.

This is a no brainer. I am a single parent who shared the house wiyh one of his kids. The house was modern, spotless and the owners are HONEST-they even returned the security deposit in about a week's time. I strongly recommend them.

We had a great stay at this Ditch Plains house. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. Even better than described or from looking at the pictures on the website. The rooms were bigger than they looked from the pictures. The owners were friendly, accessible, responsive, and even had a gift basket waiting for us when we first got to the house! The layout of the house was great, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on opposite sides of the house. Nice grill outside, which we used a times. The best beach in Montauk is just a 5 minute walk down the road, couldn't be in a better location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean, updated house with two large bedrooms and two nicely remodeled bathrooms. Enjoyed a weekend with our two adult children. Few blocks from large clean Ditch Plains Beach(great to surf or relax). Quick drive to town, train, resturants. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.

This is a really nice house, owned by two women who grew up in the house. One sister owns the laundromat in town and will do your laundry once during the renatal. Great location about 2 blocks from Ditch Plains beach, with parking pass provided. The house is very clean and newly remodeled. Nice gift basket when we arrived. Ceiling fans in every room. Beach chairs and towels and umbrella provided. You will enjoy!

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely home! It was extremely clean, updated, and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to the ocean! Perfect rental for two couples as the bedrooms are very private. Had an excellent time.
