Rates based on 4 adult guests. $10/person per night over 4. 8 guests maximum.
$200 Deposit at reservation (fully refunded if no damage
incurred or rental policies violated. Long-term (1 month +) rentals negotiable.
$65 Cleaning Fee. Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
