We've stayed in this condo two years in a row and have reserved it again for our family vacation this year. It's the perfect combination of price, location and size. It has a nice master bedroom with on-suite bath and a separate bedroom/bath for the kids with their own twin beds, not cramped bunk beds like a lot of condos. It's on the fifth floor which to me is just right and it has a priceless view of the beach and ocean. It even has a wireless network that you can access.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Yes, you can relax and enjoy beautiful views from this fantastic condo's balcony. The location could not be better with great restaurants and shops close at hand. Clean and well-maintained with all the amenities you could want and owners who are great at answering any questions you might have.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is in a great location. It is convenient to great restaurants and shopping. It overlooks the gulf with a an exellent view. It is exceptionally clean, and the property is well maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and have always found it to be clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated and with great amenities, such as 2 pools, exercise room and large balcony. It is directly on the beach with a wonderful view! It is close to many nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils for cooking/dining in. We feel it is a good value and will continue to return to this unit.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Pat & Carol McGarrity. We are the parents of four children and the grandparents of five. Pat works in the computer software business and Carol works part time as the Director of Evangelism for our church. We are active in two local churches where we are members and are also active in the local Chamber of Commerce and various Arts and Charitable organizations. We love the beach and like to relax there as often as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Tidewater:
Orange Beach is a great location that offers a lot of entertainment opportunities, yet is not as crowded or overly commercial like many of the other beach communities we have visited. We live in North Mississippi close to the Memphis, TN area. This is by far the most attractive and least crowded beach available to us requiring an easy, relatively short drive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We mainly enjoy visiting the area and relaxing on the beach and spending time with friends and family. However, there is plenty to do - many sporting and entertainment opportunities and many excellent reasonably priced restaurants in the area.
