Newer (2002) Cape Cod home - immaculate and kid-friendly. Great for families -- with yard, and driveway for parking. Beach supplies included: towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach pass (daily cost otherwise: $20+). Air conditioned with washer/dryer/icemaker.
First floor features bedroom with queen-size bed. Bathroom is a few steps away. Second floor features another full bath with two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other, directly across, with twin beds. Pack & Play portable baby bed available, also. For kids -- toys, books, dolls, cars, etc. Only three steps to front door for visiting grandparents. Sliding doors to the deck with patio furniture. Just bring your clothes and you're all set! (Yes, we do have an iron.)
