ABOUT THE HOME:
This brand new unique Park City home was completed in February 2009. This is no ordinary mountain home, this is a deluxe residence in which your comfort and relaxation is the paramount goal. It has been professionally decorated as a luxurious mountain residence. It is located on the third floor in an elevator building. Indoor assigned parking is provided. Your peace and quiet will not be disturbed in this unit. The home is very bright and has great natural lighting.
The condo has a large great room which has a comfortable sitting area with two plush sofas and a gas fireplace. Over 100 channels of digital entertainment are available on the brand new 32" flat screen television with DVD player. It has a complete eat in kitchen and dining room area. The brand new kitchen is designed for cooking and family enjoyment. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances which include a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is provided with all of the utensils necessary to create wonderful meals.
The home has a large master bedroom suite with a private bath with a shower and large soaker tub. The master suite has a queen sized bed, a 32" flat screen television and large walk in closet. The second bedroom is provided with a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The bedrooms all have large closets and dressers. All of the mattresses in the home are brand new pillow tops made up with luxury 400 thread count sheets, fine bedding and deluxe Faribault or Pendleton wool blankets.
It has been furnished with custom made Utah Mountain Furniture. Throughout are original antique posters, vintage photographs, Navajo rugs, folk art, unique oil paintings and artifacts from an estancia in Argentina. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Extra luxury wool blankets, pillows and towels are available for our guests. All rooms have alarm clocks, robes and luggage racks. The home also has an iron, ironing board and hair dryers for your convenience. Everything has been provided to make this a memorable visit to beautiful Park City.
A hot tub is located just steps away from the door of the unit. A beautiful clubhouse is next door. The clubhouse has a seasonal pool, several computers with internet access and a fully equipped fitness center and locker room.
Our property manager is based in Park City and will provide personalized service for our guests.
This is not a "rental pool" unit and is not meant to be one. It has been furnished and equipped as a high end luxury condo.
This home has been designed with the goal of creating a relaxing and luxurious oasis in a tranquil mountain setting. We hope that you will enjoy it. We look forward to your visit.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Salt Lake City Airport in approximately 30 minutes away by traveling on I-80, a well maintained major interstate highway. The condo is conveniently located off Rt. 224 at the base of Utah Olympic Park. Bob-sled rides on the Olympic course are available.
The home is less than 10 minutes away from Main Street, Park City. However, while many visitors focus on Main Street, the newest area of Park City for “non-ski” recreation is the Redstone Center. Redstone has numerous restaurants (17+), a lot of shopping, art galleries, a Multiplex Movie Theater, supermarkets and a bunch of other things to do. Some of the most “happening” bar/ restaurants are located in Redstone. The best restaurants in town are on Main Street or in Redstone. The condo is located essentially across the street from Redstone.
SKI AREA DISTANCES:
Park City is uniquely located in the heart of Utah ski country. You can be on the slopes the same day that you land at SLC airport. Our home is conveniently located near nine major ski resorts. The Canyons (Ski Magazine 18th Best U.S. Ski Resort 2010) is located 1.5 miles away. The Canyons has opened up 300 acres of new terrain this season with a bunch of new lifts and amenities. Do not miss the Canyons this year!! Park City Mountain Resort (Ski Magazine 5th Best U.S. Ski Resort 2010) is 5 miles away. Deer Valley (Ski Magazine Best U.S. Ski Resort 2010) is located 7 miles away.
Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin Resort, Solitude, Brighton and Powder Mountain are all located less than one hour away from the home!

Beautiful condominium, very spacious, clean and equipt with ammentities (including wonderful robes in each bedroom!) Even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe that. We were accomodated on short notice without any trouble, and during one of the busiest weekends- Sundance Film Festival. Both the owner and agent were very helpful. Overal A+++.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is very well furnished and maintained in excellent condition. You will be very comfortable and happy staying here. The condo comes with indoor parking which is great in the cold snowy winter days and there is an elevator. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is very nice with very modern appliances and nice stove/oven. Right across the street is a small gym, pool and hot tub. Very convenient. The agent was really helpful and answered all my questions promptly.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow - what a find! - I understand we were the first to rent this marvelous place - large, spacious and heated parking spot too. The best amenities - comfortable with all the necessary "stuff" - almost like home!Convenient to everything. Great owners - security deposit returned promptly. About the owner: We are both lifelong skiers and travellers. Throughout our married life two of the activites that we enjoy together most are vacationing in exotic parts of the world and sharing our love of skiing. We have skiied all over North America, Chile and Argentina. We first skied Utah in 2008 and fell in love with the wide variety of ski resorts, the incredible Park City restaurants and the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains. We had never experienced such convenience reaching the mountains in our travels to other resort areas. Typically we would lose one to two days of vacation time getting to the mountains and be limited to a single resort. It is a thrill for us to be in Park City 30 minutes after arriving in Salt Lake City Airport and on the slopes that afternoon! There are three world class ski areas within five miles of our condo and six more less than an hour away! The wide variety of resorts in close proximity to each other is not available anywhere else in the United States. The variety cannot be beat! After our visit in 2008. We spent the Spring and Summer researching the various developments in Park City and decided that the Lodges at Bear Hollow had the best combination of quality, amenities and convenience. We bought our home this year on New Year's Eve. We think that it is one of the best decisions that we have made! Angie & Tom, Scarsdale, N.Y.

We find our visits to Park City to be a wonderful way to decompress and relax from our busy lives as a litigation attorney and a psychotherapist. We find the skiing invigorating and an amazing way to enjoy our lives together. We have worked together with design professionals in Utah and other areas to create our Park City oasis. We believe that it is an restful and luxurious place to enjoy a vacation. We have worked hard to make it a cut above the normal condo.
This summer we also discovered that Park City is not just about skiing. There are many outdoor activities to entertain guests. We recommend the hiking, ATV rides, boating and mountain biking in the majestic Wasatch Mountains, wonderful golf and other outdoor activities. Also Park City's gourmet restaurants run 2 for 1 specials in the Summer. It is an ideal time to try the best restaurants in town at a bargain price. The Lodges at Bear Hollow has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs for guests. There is also a fully equipped fitness center room in the clubhouse.
