This home is charming throughout; as soon as you walk in, you will feel like you are at home.
Located in Santa Rosa Beach, in the beautifully landscaped community of Old Florida Cottages, this home is walking distance to some great restaurants like Goatfeathers for a family night out and Café Tango for a romantic evening. There is a little bit for everyone. You are less than a mile from Gulf Place with little specialty shops, restaurants and they have live music in the summer on Wednesday nights.

Fully equipped Kitchen Area with everything you will need to cook if you want to. Has a breakfast bar which seats 4 people plus the dining area has room for 6 people too. In the mood for cooking some fish, walk to Goatfeathers; they have a great seafood market with freshly caught fish!
Heated Community Pool is just a stroll away. It has a great cabana area perfect place to enjoy that packed lunch if you choose. Restrooms are at pool also.
Only 200 yards to the sugary white beaches of the Emerald Coast. No streets to cross to get to the uncrowded beach. This neighborhood is a safe family oriented community.
LOCATION
This home is located 4 miles west of Grayton Beach and 6 miles west is the Community of Seaside where you can enjoy shopping, live theatre, dining and much more.
In the mood to go shopping at the South’s largest outlet mall; Silver Sands in Destin is only 15 minutes away! Panama City Beach newest attraction “Pier Park” is about 30 minutes away, there are tons of shops, specialty shops, movie theatre, restaurants like Famous Nashville Based Tootsies.
