View of Flatirons (Boulder’s unique mountain feature) from the front yard. Enjoy hiking and biking trails adjacent to our home and go for endless miles on them, and enjoy Boulder's vast open space areas.
Out of respect for our neighbors, NO PARTIES at our house, please. The house is also not suitable for young children under 10 years.
City recreational center and/or private health club, both with complete work out and swimming facilities and tennis courts within a short walking distance. Two tennis rackets and balls provided.
A short mile and a half to the University and another half mile to the downtown, renowned Pearl Street mall. On direct bus line allowing for public transportation use to get anywhere, including Denver and all that a big city has to offer, approximately 35 minutes away.
We would love to give you the benefit of our many years' experience living here, help in navigating Boulder, recommend good restaurants, shopping, art galleries, where to ski, hike and bike ride, etc.
Great location: Only 45 minutes from Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and all winter sports are near by. Boulder’s local, but quality and affordable ski area, Eldora, is 25 minutes away.
Our location is also about 1 1/2 to 2 hours from Summit County, Breckenridge, Vail, and Winter Park.
Blackhawk & Central City, 2 historic mining towns with many casinos, less than an hour away.
World-class rock climbing mecca in Eldorado Canyon, just 10 minutes away.
Training for a triathlon? Bikers' dream: a new Velodrome 5 minutes away. Swimming, boating, beach, sail boarding at Boulder Reservoir, also 10 minutes away. Three beautiful golf courses are close by, and of course, many more in the Denver metropolitan area.

We spent Labor Day weekend here. The location was superb, very close to hiking & bike trails and tennis courts across the street in the park. What a delightful house to relax and enjoy the end of our summer.

The house was in a great location that's a short drive (or cab) to Pearl Street and the Flat Irons. The house had plenty of room and a big front yard. This house was a great find for our group. The owners were very friendly and are quick to respond to emails.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.
