If you are looking to stay in Palmetto Dunes Resort, you couldn't ask for a better location. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in our bright spacious villa and make it your vacation home.
Come and enjoy our single level villa located just a short walk from the beach, tennis center, pool (100 feet away!), general store, with views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse.
The great room has double sets of sliding doors leading to a new large deck overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront golf course.
The deck is set up with a grill, umbrella table and chairs, and a built in bench for more seating, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and sliding doors leading to the deck overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and one twin bed.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. The great room is quite large with vaulted beamed ceilings with fan for good air circulation.
The sofa also opens to a queen bed for additional sleeping. There is a TV and DVD located in the great room and in the master bedroom.
Cable and High Speed Wireless Internet included.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. Our villa includes a washer and dryer, central air and heat. You will also find an outdoor shower to clean off the residue of a long day at the beach.
You can park in front of the villa entry door where there are no stairs or parking garages.
Located just a short walk away is the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters where you will find mountain bikes, beach bikes, tandem bikes, kiddie carts, baby seats and more. Open daily 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. To reserve bikes or for more information, call (843) 785-2449 or toll free (866) 650-4125.
The Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. This is an on-demand service available March to October. To schedule a FREE pick up, call (843) 689-4222.
Palmetto Dunes has 3 golf courses, an 11 mile long salt water lagoon system in which you can fish, kayak or canoe, a top rated tennis academy, a general store, a full service deep water marina, multiple restaurants and shops, top rated spa facilities, children's day camps, a shopping mall, grocery store and so much more!

We enjoy our stay at the Villa, and it was so nice to have the parents of the owners nearby. Connie and Tom were most helpful, and we felt we could call upon them any time we had a question about the area. It gave us a sense of security when we were so far from home. You really can't beat the location of this villa. We walked out the living room door and on to the golf course. We also walked to the general store and the beach with ease.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We were at the villa for the month of February and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The villa has all the conveniences of home and is well maintained. We enjoyed golfing,walks by the ocean,day trips to soak up the low country history and of course shopping. Thanks Tom & Connie.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My brother, his wife and myself returned from Hilton Head 2 weeks ago after a wonderful vacation. The condo is lovely with a nice deck and only steps from the pool. I would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+.
