Fabulous location just a 10 minute walk from the Old town of Dubrovnik and from the Adriatic Sea. Bright, spacious, newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment with full bathroom (including tub and shower) and new kitchen. Large outdoor terrace, garden, and amazing views.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, washing machine, satellite television. Child-friendly with access to crib, playpen, stroller, highchair, toys, etc.
Separate studio apartment on premises that can accomodate two additional people. Includes full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom wtih shower.
(Due to the terrain of Dubrovnik there are several steps leading up to the apartment and, therefore, may not be ideal for those who might have difficulty with climbing steps)

We stayed here with two famlies for a week and loved the house and views. The home has an open kitchen and livingroom and three bedrooms all with water views from right above the old town. The stairs to the house are many but well worth the walk up. We also rented the studio and we were very happy with the property and owners. Miro was very easy to deal with. His mom met us at the property to show us around the house and gave us many tips about the city. We would defintely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was a wonderful place to have a big family spend time in Dubrovnik. It actually has another one bedroom with one bathroom unit attached. Miro's mom met us-she is warm , friendly, and speaks fluent English. His dad met us at the bottom of the steps and pointed us uphill. Yes, it is 112 steps to get to the place-but we needed to work off all the wine, gelatto and food we ate in Dubrovnik. The place is quiet, clean, and homey. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook. The washing machine worked well, once we figured it out. Another small touch I liked, was a fresh toothbrush and fresh soap, with plenty of towels. I would DEFINITELY return to this place. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, looking down on old city, drinking bottle of local wine.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This property was excellent-once you got to it. The several steps mentioned in the write up = 112. The off street parking is a parking garage four blocks away that is not cheap. Also if you rent this property be aware that there are two number 15s on the street where it is located--we of course went to the wrong oneRecommended for: Tourists without a car.
