    Our vacation home in Orlando was great. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, including high quality linens in the bedrooms and all applicances in good working order. It was almost like being at home. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful during the rental process. Our family would love to rent this property on our next trip to Orlando. Like they say, "try it, you'll like it!" Enjoy!

    Listing was accurate regarding location, layout amenities. Location was fantastic in relationship to Disney properties as we were able to drive to the Animal Kingdom Lodge in under 10 minutes. We had breakfast and dinner there several times as we love their buffet. The house was in perfect working order and very clean upon our arrival. Only a small problem with the cable reception and the management company took care of that in short order. The owners were extremely easy to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner prior to arrival. We would rent here again and recommend this home to anyone seeking a great price for a nice villa and desiring to be close to Disney properties, grocery stores and many eating establishments within just a few minutes.

    Just a quick note to say thank-you, we had a fantastic holiday. Your villa is excellent, clean, well maintained, and homely. We have been visiting Florida for more than 25 years and I have to say that this is probably the nicest and best situated villas that we have stayed in. The equipment and facilities of the villa were top notch, we only had one small hiccup on the last morning when the waste disposal stopped working, we reported this via answerphone to the management company.(email message)

    I have rented many homes in the Orlando area and found this home to be very well furnished with more than average bedding and towels available. The furniture in the living room and HDTV were of high quality with free wifi and Brighthouse network channels all available free. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent. The villa itself is in a well lit and clean area with many residents obviously homeowners taking a pride in their community. The whole booking process was excellent too.     Your home is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable and we would highly recommend it to others, and have already suggested it to some friend's.. This was so much better than the family spread throughout a 20 mile radius all over the community. Others that visited were jealous and should contact you next summer

I also liked the confidence built prior to my arrival with great communications with Maurice. We had storm damage to the pool lania cover which was fixed within 24hrs by very helpful maintenance. This place gets 10-10 for location to Disney Resorts. 10-10 for cleanliness and presentation. Well done to Maurice and owners

    We had such a wonderful time staying at your vacation home during our Disney vacation. It was so nice to be able to come home to a relaxing and comfortable environment after a full day at the parks. The children enjoyed the heated pool everynight and had a great time in the game room. The PS2 was also a hit with the kids. Everything was so conveniently located from grocery stores to familiar restaurants even to souvenir shops. We would highly recommend staying in your rental home. Thanks again for your hospitality.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    We have had the best Orlando holiday ever. Your house is fabulous. We got great use of pool and hot tub and games room. We loved our extra house guest - a little frog who met us every night when we came home and we eventually discovered he spent his days in the garage. To get best value in parks go for opening time and use "single rider" line if you don't have express tickets at Universal for Spiderman, The Hulk, The Mummy, Harry Potter. PS The Hulk is great.

    Never Again!!! No, not this wonderful villa which is set in a great location, but the thought of using an hotel ever again. Having been to Florida a number of times, this trip surpassed our expectations and the facilities provided by Maurice and Evelyn were first class. Despite a busy schedule it was nice to know that each evening we were returning to peace, quiet , comfort, and that very relaxing hot tub. Thanks for all your advice and assistance prior to out trip and we will certainly recommend your home to friends and family.

    A true holiday of a lifetime. Will never forget these 3 weeks. Villa-perfect- every conceivable need is catered for. Location is brilliant. Best Supermarket – without a doubt – Super Target. Turn left on 192 and approx 2 miles west. Always virtually empty and good prices too! Restaurants – found the ‘all you can eat’ buffets a bit naff- plastic plates etc. Favourite was Applebee’s – good food, good atmosphere and good value. Outback and Miller’s Orlando Ale House were also very good. Overall- a brilliant holiday. Wonderful villa – excellent location and weather very hot. One final piece of advice, want to avoid the queues – get to the parks as they open – you won’t regret it! Many Thanks indeed.

    Immaculate property well-maintained and very comfortable! Close to ESPN and Disney parks/attractions. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again! Groceries and dining 3 minutes away! Owner very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. Property looks exactly as pictured....hot tub was best R & R after a long day. Loved the lighted pool and quiet area. Would recommend this property to anyone! Worth every penny!

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

    The villa was great, the weather was wonderful and we had a magical 10 days in Florida. The highlight of each day was unwinding in the hot tub! We went surfing ‘sky diving’ at fly Orlando and deep sea fishing at Cape Canaveral. We spent 3 day’s at Disney and 1 day at Universal. This home was perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.

    We needed a nice place to stay during our daughters gymnastics competition and this home was great in every way. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Not sure why the hot tub had no water in it, though. We were so close to the Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as great restaurants, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks for a great stay. Owner comments- tub had to be emptied and dried pending fibreglass repair

    Two families (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed here. Decor, amenities, house all in great condition. Location fantastic - close to Disney, and near Super Target! We swam in heated pool every day, and made good use of the hot tub! Beds were comfortable (nice to have a King bed for each couple!) and cable/internet were great. Would recommend to anyone, and if returning to Orlando/Kissimmee, wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!

    Thanks for a great stay in a well appointed villa.Lots of convenient and fun features-our daughter loved the pool. We made fantastic memories at Disney. Would definitely rent from you again

    Thanks for the useage of your house. It's lovely. We had an amazing break. We really don't want to go back to NY. Whatr a wonderful house. We comfortably had 8 people here and it never felt that way. The pool and the hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day at the park. We'll be back for sure. Pittsford NY

    thank you for allowing us to use your home for a wonderful Christmas holiday with all our family from Canada. We were able to miss out on some freezing rain and snow back home in Ottowa and tease that we were in the pool and hot tub. our 5 year old loved his room and the PS.We were all very comfortable and will remember our time here.
