Up some stairs to the second floor living, dining area and kitchen. A spacious open gathering area with front facing balcony - perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and sunset refreshments.
The third floor boasts a tower bedroom and bathroom with private balcony with views of the ocean and pool.
Bike on 30-A's scenic bike paths; kayak in Eastern Lake; enjoy nearby golf, tennis, fishing and boating; or just sit back and relax on the white sandy beach. Enjoy boutique shopping in Seaside and Rosemary Beach or outlet shopping about about 20 minutes away. Restaurants abound along 30-A if you don't feel like cooking in the full equipped kitchen or on the grill.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Seagrove is close to Seaside Florida without being in the traffic of it all. 30-A is a wonderful coastal road that offers bike trails, wonderful dining, shopping and no highrises. We are close to the beach, Eastern Lake, and the pool. We have a great family home - a place where memories are made.
