Call ahead and we will stock your personal favorites for you upon approved credit card confirmation! For a separate fee you may have Serenata Beach Club privileges. Dining at menu rate, no extra fee with reservation. Beach, pool and towel charges will be charged separately or you may get a weekly membership if booked ahead.This is the only spa condo with these beach club privileges. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! A great view of the pool area just outside the bedroom & living room. Unfortunately, the weather was cool, so we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest! This was a last minute trip and I was extremely pleased with the quick response from the owner, Kris. He was great to work with and we would highly recommend this unit. The unit was very well appointed. Look forward to returning the next time we have the opportunity!

When the knees went 15 or so years ago and I had to give up down hill skiing, we began spending a few months of our northern Minnesota winters in Florida. We've stayed in beach side condos and gated communities from the Keys to the Panhandle. I rank Laterra among the top 5% of all the places we've stayed; besides the beautiful and maticulously cared for grounds, the pool area is perfect for thinking with ones eye's closed, my favorite activity, or reading trashy novels, the wife's escape from reality and me, all to the sounds of water cascading into the pool from the fountains. We returned to our world of white in April knowing that within two or more months the ice will go off the lake, birds will be building nests and the trees will have leafed out enough so that I will once again be able to sit half naked on our deck -- life is good!

We just returned from a weekend at Lattera, the condo was beautifully decorated , the photos were accurate ,extremely clean ,the pool and spa were perfect after a day of shopping at the Outlets ,we were very comfortable ,The owners are great ! we look forward to staying here again I am going to recommend this condo to our friends ,

We returned yesterday from our stay in this condo. It's very clean and is lovely! We throughly enjoyed our stay! The owners are EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I emailed Kris several times to ask questions prior to our arrival and he was quick to respond with great advice. When we arrived the security guard overlooked the keys to the condo so I panicked and called Diane and Kris. They both called me immediately and the problem was quickly resolved. They were wonderful to work with and we would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We found the condo, pool, spa, and gardens in great condition. The pool and surrounding gardens were beautiful. It was so relaxing; we had a hard time leaving our place to go sight seeing in nearby St. Augustine. The condo was very nicely decorated, lots of space and everything we needed. There was also has a small balcony that overlooks the pool area. That was very nice. The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to accomendate us. I would not hesistate to recommend this to anyone. We did go to historic St. Augustine and visit the fort. We found parking there and then walked into the downtown area. Our favorite attraction was the Spanish Military Hospital, located behind the Wax Museum. We had several teenage boys with us and they loved it. The guide was very interesting and knew her history. We spent the morning there and then back to the condo for lunch and a swim. Another favorite with my teenagers was the outlet malls nearby. They made several shopping trips. They also enjoyed the pool and the outdoor spa at the condo.
