Enjoy this new (2008) beautifully decorated, completely furnished condo located on the 3rd floor (stairs only) in the prestigious Pacifico, a gated Eco-community. This residence has a master suite with king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet and balcony access. The master bath has double sinks and large walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has queen size bed and seperate bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops, and in-unit washer and dryer. Open living/dining room area is great for entertaining. The condo includes WiFi (wireless internet) access and 2 TVs with Cable and DVD players. Relax on the balcony overlooking a pool and gardens or enjoy a refreshing swim in one of 3 pools close by.

Our guests are entitled to access the wonderful amenities at the Pacifico Beach Club! Lounge in luxury next to the infinity pools, let the staff serve you poolside, play in the blue-green water of the Pacific ocean, and watch a stunning sunset. You may also want to choose fine dining at the Pacifico Beach Club restaurant.

Playas del Coco…there is plenty to do here! Just a 5 minute walk away to the ocean-side village with open-air cafes and restaurants offering varied cuisines. For those who like to shop, you can wander through El Coco street shops and visit the Pacifico Retail Village across from the AutoMercado (grocery store) at Pacifico’s entrance.
