We live in Big Bear Lake and have owned many homes in the Coachella Valley. After trying condos we finally bought the house in Indian Wells because of it's private location in this small lovely gated development. Indian Wells is the "Beverly Hills" of the area. It is very quiet, yet close to everything. You can have fun golfing, visiting Palm Springs, fine dining, shopping and hiking in the area.
This second home for us will become your favorite winter destination. The climate is amazing all season and the house is available per the calendar as a monthly rental. The HOA only allows rentals of at least 30 days at a time. We know you will love it as much as we do! Check our calendar for availability!

Our home in Indian Wells is located in a small quiet gated community called Colony Cove.Our back yard is very private with a pool and spa, roses and fruit trees.
