What an incredible opportunity for your family and friends to "make memories together". Arrowhead Lake is a great community located close to Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback. If you want to stay in the community there is a super sledding hill at Arrowhead for your winter fun. If you prefer indoor activities, our home is close to Outlet shopping, great restaurants, bowling, an old fashion movie theater and ice cream shop, and Mt. Airy Casino(only 12 miles away). In the summer enjoy the 3 heated pools and 4 beaches located in Arrowhead, along with tennis courts, basketball courts, snack bars and all the summer activities planned by the community for young and old alike.
Fish all day long on one of the two lakes or lounge around on the deck enjoying the perfect summer weather under the shade of the wooded lot. In the summer you can enjoy miniature golf, paintball, a driving range and an arcade just a few miles outside of Arrowhead. There are water parks (Camelbeach), horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, rafting and all kinds of fun available in the area. OR, just enjoy time with your family and friends, hanging out on the huge deck overlooking the lake and the wildlife that strolls by to check YOU out.
This is a great house for fun and entertaining. The great room is GREAT! Large enough to have some folks watching a good movie, while others are reading a book by the fireplace and even more playing a game at the kitchen table. The table expands to 103 inches if you have that many to feed!
In addition there is a spare room off the kitchen, with a TV (no cable in this room yet), and a DVD player to keep the kids occupied.
The house was just finished in 2008, the bedrooms are larger than most vacation homes, the kitchen was designed to have plenty of room for multiple cooks and the L shaped loft provides lots of additional space.
This home will easily house 2 families with kids. Plenty of room for air mattresses for the little ones.
This house was built to honor our past, our present and to make room for a future full of love and laughter.
