Why the Owner Chose Townsend
The motto for this area is "The Peaceful Side of the Mountains" and believe me, it is. The scenery is breathtaking, with mountains, wildlife, white capped rivers and the purple mountain laurel in abundance. The folks treat you like family and there's always a friendly wave as they pass by. There's a rich and facinating heritage to this area of the Great Smokey Mountains, with many a story to be told by the kinfolk. Imagine yourself in a rocker on the front porch of your cabin, nestled in the mountains listening to the rippling of the river and the the sounds of nature all around you......Awesome!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
Have all the amenities of mountain life living, and still within 30min of attraction spots like Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg and numerous outlet shopping malls.
