Just recently completely restored, neat and tide, lovely, fine furnished and well equipped apartment in the heart of the historical centre, between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

It’s located on the first floor of a decent old building without elevator, at via Quattro Fontane- Roma. If you visited some website maps you could have the correct idea about its excellent location.

From there the most important historical sights can be reached with a short walk 15 minutes radius.

Of course that area’s the most appreciated in Rome, it’s full of all kind of shops (good restaurants, pizzeria, supermarkets, grocery, pharmacy, banks etc) and it has a good connection with public transportation. 100 metres from the apartment the Barberini Metro Station to easily go everywhere in a few minutes.

The apartment consists of a double queen size bedroom with closet and dresser, a large living room with a double sofa + a very comfortable double sofa-bed, a formal dining room, a bathroom with stall shower and a second smaller bathroom with shower but without bidet, so that up to 4 guests can comfortably reside.

The fully kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee-espresso machine, gas stove with oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, hot water boiler as well all the other necessary appliances.

The apartment has independent heating system, continuous hot water, fully air conditioned, LCD TV International channels, Wi-Fi fast internet access.

The treatment’s friendly and helpful. This place’s the best way to spend your comfortably holiday in Rome without any stress and any problems.

  • Stayed for 6 nights in April 2009. Great location, close to subway, shops, restaurants. A very comfortable place for two. Four if you do not mind the pull out. Adequate kitchen facilities but do not plan to cook much. Seemed to be a new bathroom fixtures (but shower was very small). Living room has 2 couches with TV (cable) and internet if you can figure out how to use it. We took up the offer for a ride back to airport (40- 50 euro) which Toni arranged. We wished we had someone meet us at the airport as the subways are not suitcase friendly. Toni was helpful all the way through the process and available via email. If you want a good location and a nice comfortable place to stay in Rome then this is the place.

  • A four night stay, with a 16 month baby, was very nice in this apt. Spacious, clean, well equiped, air conditioners ok, very well located. Attention only to energy limits: you can not turn on all devices together, but if energy powers off, there is a note next TV that helps to turn it on again. We recommend this apt and we thank Toni and Violeta`s help!

  • Family of 4 stayed for 4 nights in June 2009. The apartment is in a great location with all the amenities needed. A/C was appreciated in hot June weather. Owner was responsive to all our needs. We would stay again on a future visit.
