  This was our second trip to Florida and our second stay at Stephen's and Julie's home; It is very clean and well taken care of. Our son looked forward to getting back to the house after a day at the parks to go for a swim. It is very close to everything you need and you will feel at home there. We look forward to spending more time in your home the next time we visit Florida. Thanks again The Esper Family

  We just spend a month at this villa,and are planning on going back next year. This home was nicely decorated, clean and well taken care of. The owners are very nice to deal with. The home is close to a very nice Publix grocery store. Its also very close to all the Disney Parks. I would recommend this villa to anyone

  My third time in Orlando and the first time that the pool has been warm from day one. House great, comfy beds etc., clean, good layout for families. Location was good, especially if you want to attack Busch Gardens as well as the other parks. Close to supermarket and some good restaurants. Prompt response from the owner when I had a question. No hesitation in recommending this house to anyone else :-)

  We stayed for a week with our family. The home has plenty of room for 6 people. Steve was very accommodating. It was nice to have our own private pool to come home to after spending the day at WDW. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner at home rather than having to eat out all the time.

  We were in the house near te mouse from 27 jan until 7 feb. What a great beautiful house. It was decorated perfectly. Everything we needed in the house was there. The livingroom was big and had enough space. Also the bedrooms were perfect. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The house is nearby Disney, Universal and the shoppingmalls. If we come back to Orlando we will rent this house again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This home was like stepping into one of the houses in a magazine. The master bedroom had a ginormous bed with a beautiful, soft comforter. The kitchen table was staged as if it was about to be photographed. The kids had so much fun in the Mickey decorated room. They were constantly in there playing. The couches were so large and comfy. At one time, there were 10 of us staying here and we still had enough space to spread out. The house was close enough to Disney that it wasn't a problem getting there and back. Yet, far enough so that we could get away at the end of the day and relax. This truly was our home while we were in Florida for two weeks! Thank you Steve and Jules for sharing your beautiful home!

  This was our first trip to Florida and we were very impressed with this home. It was very clean and very comfortable. Our son loved the pool and games room almost as much as the parks. We will recommend this home to our friends and family. Stephen and Jules were wonderful to deal from the start and I look forward to going back in a couple of years.

  My villa was beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated.My children loved having their own rooms and game room,pool and extra room to play wii and watch movies. I would highly recommend this villa. Also nice neighborhood which made it even a nicer stay.

  We stayed at the villa for a week in November and it was better than we imagined, The Villa was very niceley decorated and VERY clean. Great communication with the owners. Would recomend to everyone. We will be renting here again for sure!

  For many years I have rented homes in Orlando, this must of been the best. From start to finish, the owners made it a great experience. The home was clean, very well kept and the décor just made it feel like you were in a home away from home. I can't find any more words to say but this "is the home you are looking for". I will definitely come back to this home on our next vacations to see the "mouse". Very spacious, very quiet, very clean, just very Everything. It was a great experience from the reservation to getting there and being able to enjoy all the great amenities in their home. I am sure anryone can enjoy this home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
