We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was clean and cozy, but plenty of room for the three of us. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see that it made an excellent base. I didn't think we'd use the hot tub, but we did every night. I loved that we could bring our dog. We are planning a return trip soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My experience from beginning to end was fantastic! Booking was super easy, Karen was so prompt in getting me my receipt and booking information and I knew she was only a call away if I needed anything. We had no trouble finding it because she provided directions, and it was absolutely beautiful on the inside. It totally felt like home, we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. Everything was very clean and fresh, she even had the basics there for us. And my absolute favorite part was the hot tub on the porch! :) I also really liked that there were resources for places to go and eat within arms reach because we were not familiar with the area at all but the pizza place the delivers was yummy and we loved Luray Caverns, the Garden Maze, and the Luray Rescue Zoo. My husband and I loved the time that we spent there and definitely plan to go again and want to branch out to doing some of the water sports on the Shenandoah.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My husband, two children and I stayed at the cabin for 3 nights in April. The cabin is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked w/appliances and the comforts of home. There are several small towns very convenient to this location. The hot tub is private and clean/maintained. We enjoyed this stay and would recommend it to others. Our bedlington terrier enjoyed romping through the woods and poking his nose in the stream bed at the bottom of the property (which backs to the national park). The property is not completely secluded, there are neighboring homes, but this does not detract from the experience. Highlights: Luray Caverns, local wineries, firepits and smores in the yard, skyline driveRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I had the most unbelievable stay in this cute cabin. The bed was so comfy my friends thought they heard a bear. It was just me snoring away! Great vacation spot! Close to the river and still secluded enough to enjoy the hot tub without distractions. I definitely recommend this as a 1st choice. We couldn't have found a better way to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. There's nothing more romantic than sharing a cozy, private cabin in the mountains, with your love.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
