This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. We booked last minute and everything was handled quickly and Kim was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Honey's Haven is perfect for that mountain getaway. The house is decorated so cute and the view is wonderful we spent most of our time on the porch. The bed swing was a great place to relax and read. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed cooking and grilling and curling up in front of the fire. I will definitely be back when I need to recharge my batteries...thank you so much.

My second stay here was more memorable than the first. The cabin is clean and has all the amenities. Easy to find and good roads. Would recommend this cabin to all my friend. We will be returning next year.

Thank you so much for letting us share your "little peace of heaven". We enjoyed the cabin so much. The cabin has all the comforts of home but with beautiful views. It is spectacular. You have fixed it up so cute. We did not want to leave. It was a great week long much needed vacation for just the two of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had the most relaxing and peaceful time.

Very Disappointed

We have been coming to the Blue Ridge area for years and I would be safe to say this is one of the worst choices in cabins we have ever made. The cabin was not clean. There were cobwebs some with the spiders and dust everywhere. There was what appeared to be cat or dog hair on the furniture and the bed. The bedswing would be nice if it had something in the bottom to sit on not just wood. The internet did not work, dsl and wireless were up but no internet service. The hot tub finally started working on Saturday(we arrived on Friday), it was in some type of cycle and was inoperable the first day. The owner wasn't helpful at all, she actually told ME to call the internet service provider to see if I could get the service fixed. She was very unconcerned about the problems we had and never followed up to see if things were resolved. I feel bad writing a negative review but I know that I make a lot of rental choices with the help of other peoples experiences. One thing I can say is the sunset really is beautiful from the backporch.

Owner response:I am very sorry that you feel you did not have a good experience. I immediately contacted our cleaners and they inspected the cabin and did not find any cobwebs, spiders or animal hair. I understand that the internet was a problem. The reason I asked Vicki to call was you need to be at the site of the computer for them to troubleshoot. Also, I did not want to inconvenience Vicki by waiting on service techs if required. Vicki would have had to schedule when she planned to be at the cabin. I cannot troubleshoot internet from my remote location. The hot tub will malfunction if the controls are pushed rapidly or often. It usually takes some time for this to work itself through a cycle. My husband and I both communicated with Vicki Several times while she was at the cabin. The bedswing has an inflatble mattress that was left inside the cabin so that it would not get dirty outside. Apparently Vicki found this because when the cleaners went to the cabin the mattress was left on the bedswing. I will say again, I am very sorry that Vicki feels like our cabin was a bad choice. We do everyting in our power to make sure that it is clean, fresh, and in good working order. We take great pride in our ownership of our mountain home!

My husband and I have been coming to Blueridge for years and have stayed in alot of cabins .We enjoyed staying in Honey;s Haven more than any other cabins.The cabin is very spacious and clean.You can see the gorgeous view eating at the diniing room table, sitting in the living room, from the screnned back porch and from the window in the upstairs master bedroom.Also the the cabin is easy to get to and it has very peaceful surroundings . The owners are very nice ... we recommend Honey's Haven to everyone . We can't wait to go back there.Also the queen bed upstairs sleeps wonderful.

This cabin was actually larger than what we needed, but in our search to find the perfect amenities for our first trip to the Blue Ridge area, the price on this 3-bedroom was comparable to many other smaller cabins. We too have used VRBO for several other vacation spots and have never had a cabin so well furnished with supplies for us! The bed swing was a pleasant addition that we had overlooked in the description. We could enjoy a breath-taking view (even better than the photo) from the hot-tub. Then could follow the relaxing soak in the tub with a nap on the swing. Lots of movies, games, Dish Network, and Internet meant there was plenty to do without leaving the cabin! We'll definitely recommend to anyone visiting the North Georgia Mountain area!

WOW what a remarkable experience. The directions were good the cabin was indeed luxurious as stated. We had a great 3 days, all amenities were included, all we needed were the groceries. The cabin was very clean. We have been using VRBO rentals for 6 years this was the most pleasant experience yet. We are planning our next trip to this cabin.
