Donna and I arrived here on a Saturday afternoon and immediately fell in love with this snuggly, little studio and this awesome view. You could just hang around the grounds and the private beach here to relax, but of course we did some fun things we would like to share . . . . hiking the Kalalau trail to Hanakapiai Beach, helicopter tour on Sunshine Helicopters (5 start service), highly recommended NaPali Catamaran tour and luau at the St. Regis. . . We’ll be leaving soon today, but we’ll always keep the wonder and joy of our vacation with us. Finding this condo was a gem of a discovery. Mahalo Jeri and Albin.

What a wonderful vacation! Thank you Albin & Jeri for all you did to make our stay here amazing! We loved our cute little home away from home. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the humpback whales in the ocean. We enjoyed the Pali Ke Kua beach & snorkeling when we had calm days. We had so many adventures on this island. There was so much to see and so much to do. Thanks again and we would highly recommend your place to anybody.

Thank you for the use of your lovely condo. It is very comfortable and it has such great views! I loved the morning visit from the local Nenes. The path to the beach is such a great walk and place to hand out. Just walking around the grounds of this complex was a visually beautiful experience. Thanks again for the wonderful time.

Thank you Jeri and Albin for the wonderful stay in your condo. I stayed here 6 nights all by myself and loved it! Great location, beautiful sunsets and views. I’ll recommend it and come again. I loved finding Hideaways Beach this trip. You do not have to drive to tunnels to find a ton of fish! I will miss my “heart home” but I carry it with me.

I am so ,so glad that after many hours of research, I found this little piece of paradise, One is always sketchy to consider staying somewhwere “sight unseen”, we were not disappointed. We loed all the extras, soaps, shampoos, fancy folded towels with fresh flowers. We spent our first two whole days, relaxing and snorkeling on our private beach below, something we never could Have done if we hadn’t decided to stay here. This was the best vacation and we hope to one day be back soon to your lovely condo.

We have been coming to Kauai since 1987 and never stayed on the North Shore. After much research we decided on the Pali Ke Kua complex because of the advantage of having a private path to a beautiful beach. Once we arrived to this lovely studio we were so happy with our choice. It was spotless and peaceful. The bathroom is so nice, my husband said if it had a view of the ocean he would stay in there all day. We stayed four nights and only got in the car twice, once to go to Hanalei Pizza (the best pizza ever) and once to go to Tunnels. We liked being able to walk down the beautiful path to an amazing beach. We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I took a wonderful vacation to Kauai to relax and unwind. I just happened upon this property when I was searching for a place to stay. So if your searching you can stop now. This place is fabulous and Jeri is wonderful to work with. The birds, the whales and the view all from the lanai. The studio is perfect and well furnished in tasteful Hawaiian.

This rental was more than we could ever ask for. The view is great, the unit is fairly spacious and very clean. Absolutely loved the bathroom as well. You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks outside while you sleep, which was amazing. For us, it was the little things in this rental that really made it outstanding. Accessories like beach towels, a beach bag, snorkels, coffee maker, dish soap, etc. We felt very at home in this cozy rental. The pool is also quite outstanding. We will rent here again when we return to Kauai!

Staying with you was exactly what we needed . The view off the bluffs will always remain in my mind as my most beautiful sight while on the island. The condo was very clean and big enough while being so kind to our credit card. The walk down from the condo to the beach was breath-taking and the snorkeling we found there was the best; a must to do! The farmer's market in Hanelei on Sat. morning was an experience and you need to get there early; they leave by 11:30. The owners of the condos who live on the island are so friendly and helpful; we miss them. You will meet them as you gather on the bluffs for the nightly sunsets. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We highly recomend staying in your garden paradise.

Let me take this opportunity to express our appreciation of the PALI KE KUA studio. Although it was only a brief part of our vacation; our stay there was indeed the most memorable! It was a very beautiful, warm and comfortable place. After arriving there, we felt immediately at home. It's location was both very romantic and very convenient. We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs and awoke every morning to the sound of Ne-ne(s)! It was an unforgetable experience. We will treasure those memories for a long time to come and hope to return again some day!! From the bottom of our hearts, we say "MAHALO!!!!"

We had such a lovely stay in your condo. We kept saying over and over again throughout the trip how wonderful it was for us. We especially appreciated the “little things” such as a drying rack, plastic wrap in the kitchen, beach towels, and beach chairs. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio and enjoyed the bright sunshine and beautiful ocean views.

This unit was perfect for our needs. It's location is excellent, within walking/driving distance to some of the places to see in Northern Kauai. It has a small kitchenette that is good for a small meal and coffee in the morning, with a beautiful Lanai to drink it on. The small refrigerator is quite handy. The value for the price we paid was excellent. We have already recommended it to friends. It is small, so those looking for a lot of space may be disappointed. But, one does not spend too much time inside when in Kauai anyway.

We loved the location of Pali Ke Kua within walking distance to snorkeling and other many beautiful sights and beaches. The amenities and cleanliness fulfilled our expectations and people were warm and friendly. This unit was perfect for us and we certainly appreciated all the great tips from the owners for available activities. Our favorite activity was a snorkel trip to Na Pali, the (4 mile roundtrip) Kalalau Trail, and Waimea Canyon. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for a couple and hope to be back soon!

The studio was very clean! I loved the attention to small details.. such as the fresh flowers left on the bed. Sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the endless ocean was great. Bring gym shoes so that you can hike down the steep path to Hideaways beach. Hideaways beach is amazing! The first time we went we were completely alone... felt like a movie! The owner of this condo is great... she kept in contact with me and arranged for an earlier and late arrival. She made me feel really comfortable with renting (especially since this was my first time renting a condo for vacation). As for food, make SURE to eat at the Hanalei Taro and Juice Company (it is a tiny truck on Kuhio Highway, right next to Wishing Well Shave Ice.. you know it's good when locals are the main customer). The taro smoothies are the BEST (strawberry sunset one is my fave)... what I would do for one right now!! There pork platter is delicious too... best food on the island! All in all, good condo in a ritzy neighborhood

Our rental studio unit at Pali Ke Kua was as advertised and perfect for the two of us. Not much to say about the studio. It was roomy enough for the two of us and the kitchen well appointed. We made all of our own meals (except one) and the cooking facilities were perfect. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and the tiled shower stall is huge. Bring your laptop to stay in touch with friends with emails or a blog (as we did) as the studio has a high-speed wireless router. It worked very well. Most things we did touring around Kauai were rewarding, but the very best part was snorkelling at the Pali Ke Kua beach (with the private paved footpath access) and swimming around with a green sea turtle for a few minutes. Very cool. We saw humpback whales everyday right out of the studio patio (lanai) windows. They never came in closer than about 1,000 meters but I still managed a few decent "breaching" shots. The fact that this particular unit faced the ocean was a huge bonus for us. We could sit outside in the morning and have breakfast and a coffee while watching for whales. We also saw a lot of turtles below in "turtle bay" and saw one group of porpoises. We received lots of insider help from the condo owners who pointed us to several interesting places such as "Powerline Trail" which we enjoyed for the orchids, lizards and great views. My main advice for anyone using the unit would be "have fun" ... we did.

"First of all, the area is absolutely beautiful with one of THE most beautiful and secluded beach down the bluff. There were many things we liked about this unit. First, absolutely clean all through the room. Secondly, great shower with lots of hot water and beautiful tile work. Thirdly, lots of nice condoments including coffee. another great factor of the unit was the owners. They were the best helping us and we had great time with them, which is almost non existence with other rentals. Thank you both. We will definitely go back to stay hopefully longer next time. "

This was our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better location. #131 worked well for us as we were usually out exploring everyday. Snorkeling at Tunnels and Ke’e incredible.Boatride along Napali Coast, hike to waterfalls so much to do and everything is beautiful. Definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. My husband and I came to Kauai to attend my girlfriends wedding at Hanalei Bay Resort so we decided to extend our stay and turn it into our honeymoon. We stayed here 8 nights. This is a wonderful spot to stay- quiet with a great view. We have had a lovely 25th anniversary vacation- snorkeling is good right below here (Hideaways) but the Best at Ke’e- beautiful fish and lots of turtles.We loved how the wind whistled through the house. We’ve been to most of the Hawaiian Islands, but to date, this is our favorite. The weather has been a bit rainy, but show has noticed- we are in paradise! From our room, we’ve attached whales spout, slap down their tails and come straight up out of the water. Sea turtles have frequented the waters jut off shore below the condo and entertained us with their aquatic ballets. We’ve snorkeled with the wonders and beauties of the marine life of the islands, walked sandy beaches ‘til sunset, and enjoyed the local cuisine at quaint little places in Hanalei. The worst part of our trip was the day we had to pack up to leave. Who would have ever guessed there was still a place left on earth untouched by the clock and time, that llows one’s spirit to rest and soar at the same time. Aloha sweet island, until we meet again

I just loved Kauai and Princeville especially. We went on a ziplining adventure and Princeville Ranch was unique and lots of fun. Accommodations at PKK #131 were clean and the website was helpful with that. We also had nene friends visit us in the am. We had great snorkeling at the Hideaways beach (access by building 2) and even saw my first turtle. It was awesome. We would definitely come back.

What a wonderful place to spend our last week on Kauai! We enjoyed the view, the lanai, The literature and the prints. Some of our highlights on the north shore: Capt Sundowns Napali Cruise, hiking he first two miles of the Kalalau Trail, spending time on the Pali Ke Kua beach. We just might be back!!!
