Located in quiet North Belmar, the house is set back from the street with a private yard and several trees. The lower level consists of an open living room that accesses the yard with French doors. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining area with a high ceiling, and sliding glass doors opening to the upstairs balcony.
The house is 4 1/2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Main Street with the shops and restaurants. The is a large park across the street with a lake, playground, and walking trails.
There are several activities for kids in the day and evening. There is a camp on the beach where the kids do arts and crafts, surfing lessons and sailing lessons are also available. There are some very nice restaurants on the beach as well, up to Avon and down to Spring Lake that you can walk or ride a bike to along the boardwalk. In the evenings you can walk to Main St. where there are concerts in the early evenings and outdoor dining as well.

Year Purchased: 2000
We are a family of four (wife not in pic) and we currently live in Barcelona. We love coming back to the shore to see our family and friends and try to make it back as often as possible. When we are not there, we have a neighbor who is the caretaker, who is great and can help with anything you need.
Why the Owner Chose Belmar
We bought in North Belmar because the house was great and we loved the closeness to the beach and to the town. We are right next to Spring Lake where are family is and we love the town there as well.
