Located in quite North Belmar, the house is set back from the street with a private yard and several trees. The lower level consists of an open living room that accesses the yard with French doors. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a kitchen and dinning area with a high ceiling, and sliding glass doors across the wall opening to the upstairs balcony.
The house is 4 1/2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from Main Street with the shops and restaurants. The is a large park across the street with a lake, playground, and walking trails.
