Why the Owner Chose Gilbert
We love this area with its large grassy parks and walking paths. This property backs to a park and is also in a Cul-De-Sac. Most of the bordering neighbors are retired. It is walking distance to a market and at last count 22 places to eat. It is not far from the freeway and near the middle of the Southeast Valley.
The Unique Benefits of this House
It's a wonderful home and neighborhood-I feel relaxed when I'm there.

We stayed at the house for a week and enjoyed our stay. The pool was cold, but nice to step into to cool off. The house is very close to Fry's (a local grocery store), which was nice. We checked out the Desert Botanical Gardens and the Phoenix zoo while in the area...both were great. It was great having the washer/dryer at the house as well. The kitchen was stocked with utencils, pot/pans, dishes, food storage containers, a crockpot and more! We rented baby items (crib, high chair, toys) from a local place and that worked out well too. The owners of the property were easy to get in touch with. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for the great rental!

This place was perfect for our extended stay in Gilbert. We I loved having shopping within walking distance while still managing to be in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very neat and clean and the pool was wonderful! We were having such a good time that we decided to stay a couple of extra days, and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating! Thank you again!

Just wanted to say thank yo for the use of your home in Gilbert. Very nice ammenities and very clean. I sure appreciated the little extras such as washing detergent, saran wrap, and pool toys for the girls...just to name a few. Anything we could think of seemed to be there. We felt very "at home" while visiting the Arizona. We enjoyed our stay and the use of your home very much.

As a first time house renter, we were very pleased with "no surprises" as the property was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay; property (including pool) was clean and well maintained, location was great and provided easy access to freeways/shopping/attractions. Owners were very responsive to our questions - even though they we minor (switching TV to DVD and setting temp in house) and would be descibed by my IT friends as ID-ten-tee issues (that's code for user an "ID10T"). It was great having a private pool and being next door to green belt walkways..perfect for our dog walks. Also found a nice BBQ Restaurant (joe's BBQ) right down the street in downtown Gilbert. Would defintely recommend this property and plan to return the next time we visit Arizona.
Owner response:Thank you for the fabulous comments and we are thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Come Back Please! Christine & Corey

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is walking distance to a grocery and many restaurants and just blocks from highway 60 for easy access to many areas. The neighborhood has nice green spaces with sidewalks for leisurely dog walks. And the owners were kind enough to leave info on nearby dog parks which were fun & convenient. The home was fully furnished, the owners responsive and the neighbors friendly, even sharing citrus with us.
