This newly constructed private house is located in the Reserva del Golf community of the 4,500 acre, beach and golf resort Hacienda Pinilla. The home features: 3 BR, 3 ½ BA, Spanish Colonial architecture, travertine floors, granite and marble counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
For the active traveler the development has a number of onsite activities including horse back ridding, surfing, tennis, dining, and golf. There are a number of beach communities that are fun to explore in the area including the town of Tamarindo, which is only a 15 minute drive. We will be happy to assist you with planning your adventures.
If you prefer to relax, you are just minutes from the pristine beach and the JW Marriott Resort and Spa. There are a number of animals that you can observe in Hacienda Pinilla including: monkeys, parrots, iguanas, armadillos, and deer.
