Welcome! Our fully furnished and professionally decorated 1st floor Villa is the perfect getaway for golfers, family vacations and couples. Barefoot Resort offers a first class vacation setting, with communities nestled among four signature golf courses by legendary designers Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye for your vacation rest and relaxation. The Villa backs onto the 13th hole of the Greg Norman golf course. Enjoy our private screened in porch, relaxing to the sounds of the 20 ft water fountain and observe the different species of birds and waterfowl.
Our villa comfortably accommodates four to six people. The front door opens into the foyer and to the left is the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. Continue into the living and dining areas. The dining room has a full dining table for six. The living room has a sofa which converts to a queen sleeper. The living area also boasts a ceiling fan and an entertainment center. Inside you will find a 46" LCD flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD player and a wireless router. Just off of the living room is the spacious master bedroom suite, with a private bath, LCD TV and walk-in closet. The master bathroom and the 2nd bathroom have extended Shower Rods for your convenience. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds and a TV for your enjoyment. Off the second bedroom there is another full bath and the laundry area with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience.
As our guests, you can relax by the Ironwood pool or enjoy the volleyball court, tennis court and basketball court all of which are just steps away from the villa. Our guests also have use of the Barefoot Resort complimentary, in season, shuttle service which takes you directly to the oceanfront where you can rent beach umbrellas and beach chairs, just three blocks from the resort entrance. There are on-site restaurants: The Driving Range Grille (excellent brick oven pizza) and the Docksider’s Grille, a three story marina restaurant overlooking the main resort pool (the largest in South Carolina), Intercoastal Waterway, and Barefoot Landing shops, offering lunch, dinner and a full service bar .
At Barefoot Landing you will find plenty of shopping and entertainment options, with many shops, restaurants and musical venues to choose from. Also located at Barefoot Landing is the world famous House of Blues and the Alabama Theatre, with live entertainment almost every night. Kids will be thrilled with Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile parks in the world. For the shoppers in your group, in addition to the shops at Barefoot Landing, you have the Tanger Outlet Mall and the Colonial Mall just minutes away. The Market Commons was built on the grounds of an old air force base and is a town centre with upscale shops, restaurants, theatres, and residences. Broadway at the Beach offers entertainment for everyone including an aquarium, I-Max and regular theatres, celebrity square, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Magicquest, restaurants, night clubs, and more.

We had a wonderful time, and your condo helped make it that way. What a beautiful place, and a great location. Just far enough from the "madness", but close enough to enjoy all the things to do in Myrtle. It was outstanding, and I would certainly rent from you again.

My wife and I spent a month at this home and it was super. The condo is very clean, well appointed and maintained. In fact, the paint and decorations reminded us of our own home. The screened in patio provides you with a view of the pond and the Greg Norman fairway. Since most of the units at Barefoot are three stories high, it was a real advantage to having a first level unit, otherwise you will be climbing a lot of stairs. We also had two ducks who would visit us every morning for breakfast. We also loved the area which included plenty of golf courses, attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend Alligator Adventure and Brook Green Gardens. The fine restaurants and golf courses are too numerous to list. We plan to return in the future to experience a lot of the attractions we missed, including the theater shows. Lastly, our hosts, Paul and Susan were great people to deal with along with the entire VRBO experience (our first).
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this condo. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the openness of this unit, it made it just fell so big and homey. Our stay was a month long and we just felt so at home. The owners were so helpful with information and wonderful to work with. We had a great time and will probably come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay, loved being on the ground floor with access to all amenities close by. The kids really had fun and were kept quite busy with all the attractions close by and things to do. We found the condo to be very clean,the decor quite lovely and overall very comfortable place to stay.The owners were easy to deal with and were always available for us. Would most definitely recommend this unit to my friends and family. We will rent again on our next visit to MB.
