Welcome to our lovely new oceanfront home. You'll feel as if you've entered a tranquil resort, as this home was hand crafted by local craftsman using the most beautiful hardwoods, stone, glass and metals that we could find. Upon arriving you will pass through arched mahogany doorways and be greeted by the sight of breaking waves and the soothing sound of the Pacific ocean. You may want to take a moment to appreciate your surroundings. The counter tops are all hand chiseled granite in the kitchen and Travertine in both bathrooms. The lighting fixtures are hand forged steel and copper, as well as hand blown glass. Check out the Cloud lighting in the two downstairs bedrooms. The front door stained glass window was designed and crafted by local artisan Marcia Joyce. For your convenience, the lighting system in the master bedroom can be controlled by a remote control pad when you are already in bed. It can also be controlled by the garage door opener. You can turn on the exterior and interior lights when you come home from a night on the town for your safety and convenience.
Of course once you have settled in and relaxed, you may want to walk along the beach and discover one of the many local restaurants, or pick up some groceries and enjoy the convenience of your own gourmet kitchen. As the sun gets closer to the horizon you will be drawn to the stunning living room view, the gas fire-pit on the patio, or down to the beach itself for an evening ritual of watching the California sun set over the Pacific Ocean. This is a time of uplifting awe-inspiring nourishment that can only be experienced first hand.
After the sun has shown its last glimmer of color on the horizon, you may want to refresh yourself with a hot shower, a beverage and nestle into one of the cozy goose down comforters and beds for a restful sleep.
Of course if you are still up for a little fun you are only three to thirty minutes from Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Templeton and Paso Robles. There are fine restaurants in all of these locations, as well as night clubs, theaters, and great shopping in San Luis Obispo.
During your stay, don't forget to check out the Paso Robles and Templeton area if you are a wine lover. There are over 130 wineries and tasting rooms in the area to choose from. World famous Hearst Castle is just a short drive up the coast and Big Sur is only an hour drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Cayucos
We bought this home at this location because the beach and the surf are perhaps the best on the Central Coast. You can surf 4 surf spots within waliking distance and wind surfing is great too. The sandy beach runs for miles from the Cayucos pier to Morro Bay. There is an amazing amount of wildlife such as seals, dolphins, whales, otters, pelicans and shore birds. Not to mention all of the sea life you can find in the ocean and tide pools.

It was awesome!!! Everything about this wonderful home was well worth the price, absolute quality!!! Sitting out on the lounge chairs watching my children/grandchildren play on the beach was absolutely priceless. Watching the sea life from the wonderful view (huge window or lounge chairs) was amazing. Hopefully, this is one of our yearly vacation spots. Can't wait to reserve future visits.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

By far the best house we have rented. Beautiful kitchen with a wonderful view. Details of the home are amazing. The only thing missing is your own private stair case. Access to beach is only four houses down which makes it very convenient. For those who enjoy going down to the beach, the house offers beach chairs, towels, kites, surf/boogie boards. Already looking forward to next year. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great home in a really fabulous location. Listing pictures really don't do it justice. Has everything you need and then some. Stairs could be a bit scary with young children.
