I was really stressed about renting from something like this site because I had never done it before. I was scared it was a scam however it was not and I loved the property and the owner was great as well. If you are going to be out most of the time and you dont require to do cooking then you will be fine with the pans provided however if you are a big family like mine was and you brought food or bought food to cook you should be aware that it is not well equiped with pots and pans. You have a noodle pot and soup pot and a pan that is big enough to fry one burger at a time at the location. I was lucky to know people in the area so I could borrow what I needed to cook with, would if you can bring crock pot, rice cooker, and large frying pan and large pitcher for kool aid etc. You should also bring your own dish soap and dish washer soap and laundry soap and bathroom cleaner and trash bags.There is a local wal mart not to far from rental and we found a dollar store close by for supplies as well. The rental itself was bright colored which was great it made everyone cheerful. The furniture was in great shape and the rental had tons of room. The owner of the rental is great and I never had any problems with him. I aslo recommed that if you are bringing a tot bring your stroller unless child is under 6 months or so because the stroller provided is very short in height and does not recline so my middle child had to push because of that fact. The pond outside was clean however there is not dumpster right next to building but its within walking distance, I say this because the kitchen trash can is rather small and reminds me of a bathroom trash can. There were always people in the complex so I would say that its more year around renters than vacation people. I never seen police at night in the area and never had a problem. I have already passed this rental to someone I know that will be going on vacation to FL as well. If you are looking for a great deal and to feel more at home this would be what I suggest. I will rent from again when we go back to FL no quesiton about it. the rental was roomy and clean upon arival. If you get the rental I had make sure to check in the upstairs bedroom closets that is where to find the high chair, stroller and play pen. My overall experince was great

I apologize all of that, also the kitchen equipments was not meet your need, those kitchen stuff bought by my management, I really do not know all the details, that was why I could not provide the list to you, I can tell if guest asked me something specifc,but I still do not know what is that for something because the culture difference, my guests came from all the world. I always told my guests that you can buy some kitchenware if the value under $30,if over $30,you have to send the quote to me for approval, keep the receipts, send it to me after your vacation, I will reimburse it for you. I have a guest who bought a coffee maker last September, because the old one did not work good, I was happy for that, I sent the money to her right away, some guests are handy man or handy woman, they even fix something for me, I always paid them the cost for material plus a some money for coffee to show my appreciation, I am so proud I have so many good heart and nice, kind guests. I think this is your first time using vacation home, so there was stress in the beginning, but please remember always good people more than bad people, think more positive will make you more happy and long life. This was the first time for us to rent a townhouse. We chose this one after seeing all positive reviews, and we knew we've made the right decision as soon as we were there! The house is in great locatation, 10 min drive to Disney or Seaworld, restaurant within one mile, walking distance to Walmart...It is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. We were all very comfortable during out stay. We love the king-size bed in the master room, the fully equipped kitchen, etc. And our son also enjoyed the small play yard right next to the house. Last but not the least, the owner Bill is very friendly. Definitely will go back next time.

I stayed at the property December 2011-January 2012 with my wife, 2 kids (5 and 7), and my inlaws. The location is quite close to everything, food, shoping, Disney, Seaworld, MCO. The house is nice, the right amount of space. The house in general is in good repair. They put little girl sheets on my daughters bed and little boy sheets on my sons. In general, I was quite pleased and I would absolutely consider staying here again. (Perhaps when I'm back in Orlando for Pittconn this year.) Here is my small petty list of con's, that if fixed, would raise my review from a 4 star to a 5 star review. -Stock basic consumables, such as light bulbs, toilet paper, and soap in the soap dispencers. There were more than a half dozen bulbs out and I would be happy to replace the bulbs. The only one that bugged me was the light over the front door. When we arrived there were only two rolls of TP in a 3 bathroom house. There were lovely soap dispencers by each sink. All of which were empty. I purchased soap and TP, but left the light bulbs. :) - a small repair is needed to the duct for the dryer. The dryer duct is cracked due to what looks like a misinstall. 30 minutes with metal duct (not duck tape) and a tin snips and it would work much nicer and not put out moist air into the house when the dryer is run.

We decided to give this place a try after seeing all the positive reviews, and both me and my wife were not disappointed. The place is bigger that what we expected, and is a very good fit for a small family like us - and is much bigger than a hotel room in one of the Disney resort (and about 1/3 of the price) We also like the King-sized bed in the master bed room - which is just like what we have at home. Our daughter also enjoyed the small play yard that's right next to the house as sometimes she just wanted to play the slides and swings (and not the rides in Disney). The place is close to Disney (about 10 min drive) and is close to amenity. We shopped in the Walmart on the first day for breadfast and baby food. The owner, Bill, is also very friendly and helpful, and is the main reason why I choose to rent this place vs. other similarily priced place.

This was my first time renting a townhouse online so at first I was not really sure but as soon as got there I was sure I had made the right choice.This townhouse was great. We stayed as a family for 5 days and we were 9 and we were perfectly comfortable. About the house it was really comfortable with a great location. Walmart, supermarket and outlet malls around the corner and even better all the Disney theme parks are 10 to 15 minutes from the house. All the amenities he listed are provided to you. Great furnishing and the house is very very clean and most important full equiped. Bill is really helpful and he is always available to answer all your questions and needs. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.... Overrall I will stay again.

Lovely property in great location

We stayed as a family as a dual Disney/real estate trip. This townhouse was perfect for our needs--close to 192, which has a lot of big chain restaurants as well as local restaurants to choose from, and a grocery store. We were only a short 20 min drive from Disney and Universal Studios. The location was incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the townhouse itself was gorgeous! Very tasteful furnishings, tv's in both of the upper story bedrooms and the sitting room, all necessary amenities provided for and then some. (As a bit of an aside: the towels were very soft!) The community seems like a very good one, though we unfortunately weren't able to take advantage of the pool because it was too hot. Overall, would gladly stay again!

Very very clean extremely comfortable and owner Bill is very helpful, I had a problem with the days I had chosen to stay and Bill was very helpful in resolving this issue. Has everything you need for a long period stay, I stayed here with 3 adults and 3 girls from ages 9 mos-8 yrs. Also very quick in returning deposit. I will definetly stay here again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO! Thanks alot Bill for your help!!! I already recommended your condo to so many of my friends!!!

The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Everything was easy with Mr. Bill, I strongly recommend this house, not only because the house is really nice, also because your are going to deal with a person that you can trust. I spent with my family more than week in this awesome place, we found it very confortable and at all times we felt it like Home! Our stay at this wonderful Paradise Cay Cir Condo

We stayed at this marvelous condo which had everything we needed. We were a party of 8 and this 3 bedroom condo with sleeper sofa had every comfort possible. Mr Bill was very helpful and we could count on him each time we needed him. The price was a blast and it was close to all the attractions. The gate gave us a feeling of security. The condo was very clean and the 4 tv sets were very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone. Good location, fair price

We slept 4 adults and 2 children - that is what there is room fore. The internet didn't work, but after four days Mario came and partley helped us out. We missed one of the couches that was one the picture. We would have been nice with some cleaning equiptment so we could have left the place with ex. clean floors. Besides from the above, nothing was missing, good pre-arrival communication with the owner - clean pool, look at the pictures this is what you get. Overall we where satisfied.

Affordable Spring Break

My rental experience with this owner was very easy and comfortable. The owner was very prompt from the beginning of the contract to the time to refund the deposit. The condo is perfect for a family! We stayed for a week and it was spacious and had everything you needed. One problem that was handled very promptly as well was the internet modem wasn't working and I was taking a on-line class and the rental property manager had it replaced. The condo is next to everything, we loved being only minutes away from Disney, Universal, and the Magic Stadium. I have this condo on my favorites on my computer so when we go back, 1/2 the battle is over because I already know where we are staying! Thanks so much, we really enjoyed your property.

Don't Stay At This Unit Or Complex

Advertisment totally misleading. Advertised as a resort, when it is only a townhouse project, full of renters with absent owners. Several families living in one unit, lots of noise. Noise at night unbearable with police helicopters and police car sirens always visiting the area. Furniture is run down, had to get diningroom chairs fixed as falling apart, and unit not cleaned on arrival, poop in toilets, and linens are questionable. I throw out better stuff. Livingroom totally unsuitable. Not as advertised on the website. Very uncomfortable. Toilet plugged and raw sewage in the bathtubs all weekend. Manager said he did not work on weekends. We stayed in many places, this was the worse. Chased by dogs and dog poop everywhere. Many better places in the area with better security and REAL resorts for same price. Garbage everywhere in the project. People throw it in the pond, full of garbage and beer bottles, and cigarette buts everywhere. Pool is not heated, and property manager said it has not been heated, and no money in the budget to heat it. No good for the winter months. No other activities in the project. Go to a real resort where you will feel secure. Owner totally mislead us on the project. Your rental should be as nice as your house or better, otherwise it is not a vacation. Phone is part of cable and many times did not work, so you can't use 911, and this is a safety issue for everyone. Mold in the shower, I had to clean it as the cleaner said she did not have brush to remove it, so it has been there long time. Bar stools in livingroom was not safe to sit on, and it was considered in sitting arrangements. Not suitable and no loveseat as advertised and improper lighting, was only one lamp for night time. Bedding low budget, pillows flat as pancakes. Had to buy linens and pillows. Couldn't get a straight answer from owner. Always had an excuse. Bad Public Relations. Go elsewhere, and do yourself a favour. Furniture is low budget and not clean. Linens look like it had been through a windstorm. Linens all over the floor on arrival. Not nice at all, if advertising as a RESORT. Had difficult time getting back deposit, as owner wanted to charge us for maintenance visits when stuff falling apart and burnt out lights, DON'T STAY THERE, GO TO A REAL RESORT FOR YOUR SAFETY. LOTS OF GOOD RESORTS IN THE AREA. THIS IS A VERY LOW BUDGET ONE. SHAME ON THE OWNER!!! JUDGE FOR YOURSELF. NO NEED TO COMPLAIN IF AS ADVERTISED!!

Owner response: I thank you sent comments. I surprise that you sent your comment after 6 months from you staying in my property. My cleaner forgot to clean the house before you arrival, but she cleaned the house right away and we apologized. I promised pay you $400 compensation but you asked for $800. I did not misleading you, I described on the website that my property is a townhome, also there are photos showing, it is far away from your requirement for the 5 stars resort, you know how much you paid for the townhouse. The Paradise Cay is a gated community, It is safe and very quiet and very convenient place for live, the house is very clean and no mold, I just stayed for one week in April this year also, I did not hear any noise around, please take look my 21 past guests reviews on the website you can believe I said true. I aware that the furniture in the unit wear down from time, I always tell my management that check the furniture and linen after guest left and fix or replace if any damages and necessary. When you left the house, we found some linen was missing, is that you said “I throw out better stuff “cause the missing? but I did not blame you when you checked out, I still refund your full deposit without any deduction. You blocked the toilets by throw wipers into the toilets when you left, the plumber using professional machine to got the sewage through, I considered you told me you are with serious mental medical condition patient, I still fully refund you without any deduction in a good faith. The phone is always working, no burned bulbs when you check in, my management manager said you pressed a wrong switch for that light, cable modem wire was dropped off cause phone out of service, you can just plug in back to the socket the month only for you two persons stayed, my hydro and water bill abnormal extremely higher in my bill history,pls do not use this way to give vent to your grievances, I sent you refund twice via PayPal, you sent it back you said you have closed your PayPal account, but why you still can returned the deposit to me that I sent via the PayPal you have already closed, then you ask me send the deposit to a PO.BOX,I worried that is not a physic address, someone may fraud,I can send it in person,you insisted and urged me to send it to that PO.BOX,I have no choices because you threaten me you will report to police if I do not did so.I respect you, could you please send your message in a polite language in the future.Best regards.

We just finished 7 days vacation trip from Florida. My family(5 person) all happy to choose this property. Strongly recommend. You will be satisfied. The townhouse is very clean. The location is super convenient. Less than 12min to Dinsney, Universal, Seaworld. 2min to 24 hours wal-mart. You can buy anything inside ! Also the management office is very cooperative, easy to reach. The owner is very nice and hospitality. Definitely will go back next time.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando! This condo was perfect for us! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 teens. The condo was in a great location. We were within minutes to all of the attractions. Walmart and other grocery stores were located right around the corner. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with towels, sheets, and cooking utensils. We felt safe in the nice environment. This was a very calm and quiet condo complex. We used the pool a lot and we were the only ones swimming each time we went. Thank you, Bill, for making this part of our vacation affordable and easy. We look forward to visiting again in a couple of years and we hope your condo will still be available!!!

Great location 10 mins driving distance to Disney World. Walmart so conveniently close by. The townhome is in excellent condition. Very clean and spacious and nice comfortable furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry . We would definitely come and stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Excellent Towhouse in Kissimmee, FL

We were very happy during the entire stay. We had 3 kids with us, and it felt like home away from home. The location is excellent - close to everything - Not only all attractions but also to the Walmart SuperCenter, CVS and Rt 192 which has everything you need otherwise. The Townhouse has everything you need for your stay; fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer! It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We would definitely reccomend it, and would stay again.

Townhouse is in a great location - 10 mins. driving distance from Disney World, central to restaurants and shopping. Walmart so conveniently close by! The unit is in excellent condition. Very clean and spacious and nice comfortable furnishings. Especially liked the Disney characters bedding! Well-equipped kitchen and laundry and handy phone. You feel really spoiled when staying here - a TV in every room! We truly enjoyed our stay here and are so happy we chose this place. We would definitely come and stay here again and highly, highly recommend this townhome. The owner, Bill is very personable and we received good customer service from him.

Home away from home - close to everything

This was a delightful place to stay. It was very spacious for our large family, and had all the amenities to make it feel like home. (Full kitchen, washer & dryer, dishes, phone, internet, etc) The condo was clean and in great shape. Not only that but it is very close to everything. The Disney parks were all within 10 to 15 minutes. Universal was about 20 to 25, and the airport was less than a half hour. There is a small grocery store in easy walking distance, and lots of restaraunts if you don't want to cook. I would highly recommend this place, and would stay again.

Townhome is in a great location. Close to Disney and other parks. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Condo is in good condition and clean. Owner is very pleasant to work with.
