Just a short walk to the beach and bay, this is not your typical "rental house". It is our second home, and this year we have other plans late summer and are seeking discriminating renters who love the shore and appreciate attention to detail in a light & bright well maintained home.
Our home offers 4 bedrooms: master with queen size bed, private bath & balcony with partial bay view, 2 additional 2nd floor bedrooms share a bath (2 twin beds, double bed), and a first floor bedroom (queen size bed & full bath across private hallway). Great room features a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and sliders to a large deck. Dining area offers sliders to deck is separated from kitchen by a breakfast bar with counter seating. Deck has a retractable awning for afternoon shade.
