Why the Owner Chose Gulf & Bay Club
We have been traveling to Gulf and Bay Club Bayside on Siesta Key since 1996. We loved it so much we bought our condo in Gulf and Bay Club Bayside in August of 2000 with out looking any where else! We have no regrets and always look forward to coming back!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the bright open feeling the condo has. It is very close to the grill, pool,
tennis courts and only a 5 minute walk to either the Gulf or the Intercoastal. The four season lania is a wonderful place to eat , relax, read a book or watch the wildlife!

This condo is light, bright and a perfect match for the beautiful blue Florida sun. It has an open concept that pleasantly surprises you when you first walk in. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware and the master bedroom is large with a king-size bed and windows that let in the sun and the peaceful sound of water and singing birds. The screened-in lanai is a very pleasant place to eat. We really liked the fact that the condo is so close to one of the swimming pools and the tennis courts, and convenient to the grill which was used almost every night. It is just a short walk to the beach. There are also many good restaurants of all types in the area. We have stayed here several times and enjoy it very much.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

"What a beautiful condo! We have stayed at Bayside eleven times-and this condo is at the top! Beautifully furnished,comfortable, a great location. Our first time here, we stayed next door and met the original owners of this condo-they were living here full time and they had a nice grandson who played with our son.The condo had a more northern look then. You have transformed it into a beautiful Florida haven. We had a great time and loved being here-hope this will be our home away from home another tome too!"

My son Cameron & I were here for the AAU 14 & under National Championship Tournament in Sarasota. We could not have stayed at a more beautiful condo! Anything we needed seemed to be here [and more]! The location near the beach was definitly my favorite."

"The shells we collected were beautiful! This condo is fantastic. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt comfortable all week and have fallen in love with Siesta Key.The environment was relaxing so it was the perfect week off from work and college.
