Our deluxe condo is conveniently located in front of El Malecon (boardwalk), midway between the culturally rich Historic Old Mazatlan (Centro Historico) and the excitement of the Golden Zone (Hotel zone). The unique 10 KM Malecon makes it great for walks and jogging along the ocean.
TORRE VUE 1200 is a newly built building with ten privately owned condos with a pool and fitness area on the rooftop. A unique feature is that there's only one condo per floor. Our 9th floor unit has a keyed elevator that opens directly into the condo. Our building is very quiet and relaxing. If you don't like crowds, this is for you!
Our spacious 2,300 sq. ft. condo has an oustanding floor plan with a contemporary style and high ceilings. It has 48 ft. of floor to ceiling glass frontage to admire the amazing view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets.
Our designer decorated condo is fully furnished with quality furniture and accessories. It has three themed bedrooms: the ocean room, the tropical room and the mexican room. Each bedroom has a superior quality king bed with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The master bedrrom has an ensuite with a marble walk-in shower and double sinks. The 2nd washroom has a jetted tub and shower with ocean view.
The kitchen is fully equiped with stainless steel appliances and many small aplliances with all the comforts of home. The onyx dining room table serves 6 people comfortably. The living room has a 42 in. flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.
In front of the main open area is a 475 sq. ft. balcony which is unique and one of a kind in Mazatlan. The huge covered blacony is furnished with wrought iron furniture , a built-in gas grill with counter and outdoor sink. The balcony has the most amazing view of Mazatlan Bay.

The beach is great, people are friendly and choose to do the following: relax and unwind on the balcony, enjoy the sunsets, barbecue your favorite meal, take a dip on the rooftop pool, workout in the small gym, stroll along the world famous Malecon, laze and sunbathe on the sandy beach in front, boogie board in the ocean, shop for unique gifts in the Central Market, experience real Mexican culture in Centro, dine in some of the great seafood restaurants of Mazatlan or party the night away in a night club.

From the first email contact to the last - it was a pleasure to work with this rental owner. Fast, friendly, and helpful. And she takes credit card payment which is such a plus when so many want you to go to their bank and deposit the funds or some other hassle. The condo itself is lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy and homey. The entire condo building was clean and quiet. And the location for us was the best part - we could go across the street to the beach or catch a quick ride into Old Town. No complaints from us - in fact we booked again for the end of January!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

I could not have imagined a more beautiful place to stay. Every amenity has been considered and delivered. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the ability to open up all the patio doors give the place a wonderful expansive feeling. The location is perfectly centred between the two most popular tourist areas.I cannot wait to return here later in the year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

It was our first time in Mazatlan and we had the BEST PLACE TO STAY, what you see is what you get. There's nothing missing in this luxurious condo, it's so wonderful! It's all equipped, very confortable, clean and safe. The ocean view, we have from everywhere in that condo, is incredible. Also, the owner is so kind and very helpful. She gave us a lot of reference that make our travel very interesting and we missed nothing. My family and I had such a wonderful time in this stunning condo - we couldn't believe the view and the location is fantastic! We really appreciated everything provided in the condo - every detail has been thought of. Not only we were lucky enough to have found this beautiful condo but Yolande was so helpful the whole way through our booking and was there to answer any questions we had. Beautiful place, Great Value. The Sunset view is amazing. Nicely located between the Golden Zone and the Downtown area. We spent so much time lying around on the balcony, we almost didn't need the condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
