The house faces the south with sunlight throughout the day. Our home is nestled into the Hollywood Hills west of the Griffith Park Area and close to the famous Observatory and Hollywood Sign. Minutes away from the Hollywood and Sunset Strip, the famous Chinese Theatre. Within reach of lots of restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and department stores. Bronson Park and Griffith Park are just around the corner. Our neighborhood is called "The Oaks". A very friendly, peaceful, very quite and very safe Hillside area right above sizzling Hollywood. A little "village" in the city. Unique middle class to upper class homes. A great mix of people. Writers, artists, lawyers, doctors, producers, regular workers and teachers.
