New king size matress in master bedroom (July 2010) and new bunk beds and matresses in second bedroom. Bottom is full size, top is twin size. Another twin size bed is also in the room (this room sleeps up to 4). Living room has new couches (one has a pull out bed) and new 42" HDTV. HD Cable TV, wireless internet access and free local / long distance phone service is all included.
