My husband and I wanted a quiet relaxing vacation and this was perfect!! Beautiful, clean condo with balcony and ocean view, inside and out has everything you need. A huge, great pool and beach area! Kevin and Becky at the condo's were so nice and accomadating. Great resturants, snorkeling and shopping nearby. We met alot of great people as well. Definetly will go back. I rate this an excellent!!

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The property was very clean and inviting. It had everything you needed for a great vacation. Carl supplied so many wonderful tips of places to go. Becky was also very helpful. It was my first trip to the Keys and I loved it. Can't wait to go again! Thank you Carl, for sharing your condo.

Wonderful vacation

My husband, son and I just returned from our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and many times we had it all to ourselves. The owner was great to deal with and promptly answered any questions we had. The beach is not very big, but that is to be expected in The Keys. The condo complex had some nice chairs down by the water which were great to sit in while watching the sun come up. If you are going to The Keys to dive we would recommend The Abyss dive shop. We went on two trips with them and they are wonderful. Our favorite place to eat was Herbies.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Perfect Location and View

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. It couldn't be more accomodating. We love how comfortable the unit is. The owner is wonderful. The view is amazing! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a family fun vacation in Marathon.

Perfect Place in Paradise!

My husband & I had a wonderful time at the condo. It had everything we needed & plenty of room for storing all of our toys...beach gear...road bicycles...fishing gear..etc. The location is perfect..tucked away but not far from everything you need. We loved the private beach & the pool was always calling our names! We fished off of the beach & caught small mangrove snappers, pin fish for bait & a puffer fish. My husband had a friendly encounter with a 3 ft nurse shark that stole his fishing bait! We really enjoyed talking with some of our neighbors & they shared some of their favorite places to go like Happy Hour at Sparky's..which is a must! For fishing trips...Marathon Lady Night Snapper Trip is the best. My favorite beach spot is Veterans Park at the end of the 7 mile bridge. Fishing from the bridge across the street was awesome. We had the best of both worlds on those days. We are hoping to return next year to enjoy this beautiful condo & hang out with the friendly locals! Thank you Carl for making our vacation wonderful!!!

Delightful Condo

My husband and I just returned from a week in this lovely condo. It was exactly as described, and very well maintained. The condo has everyhing that you need. Just bring your personal items and your snorkels. Coco Plum beach was a nice surprise - very quiet and natural. The beach was very nice for Keys beach. If you have never been to the Keys, you need to know that Keys beaches are narrow, have few waves, and can very grassy at times. But this beach area was set up very well and well cleaned. The pool was bigger than we expected and very clean. It is really a treat to have an Ocean view in the Keys. Marathon is an ideal spot since it is close to everything that you would want to see. There are fantastic restaurants and grocery, drug stores, etc. The condo complex is safe, nicely kept, and quiet. I would not suggest this for teens or "party-ers".

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful Week with our Family

We just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week in your beautiful condo! The four of us were very comfortable! The views were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the grounds (the hermit crabs were really something!) What a great way for a family to reconnect and enjoy each other's company! Kevin and Becky were so friendly and helpful! The condo was exactly as described in the pictures and then some! And by staying in Marathon, we were able to explore all of the Keys without too much of a drive anywhere. We can't wait to come back!

Just got back from Marathon,stayed in this condo and it was all it advertised and more !! The condo is kept immaculate and the decor is so Fl Keys and very pretty. It had all that is needed for a great vacation and we couldn't get over how comfy the bed was !! Loved the screened in porch, sitting there looking out over the pool and the ocean every morning. Supplied beach & pool things, plenty of towels for the condo & beach/pool. It was just amazing and felt right at home. The Donnellys provided everything you could need & more. Plus all the tips and suggestions they gave us, a real pleasure to deal with. You could tell they are concerned with you enjoying your time in their condo. Have stayed in other VRBO places and this was the best yet. The grounds were so clean and well-maintained, the pool area was terrific, good chairs/lounges to lay in. The ocean was grassy and way too warm for this NY couple, but nice to walk along and good refereshing breezes. Kevin and Becky are so friendly and will stop to help you and answer any questions you may have. Lots of good tips from them also. We hated to leave and WILL be back again soon as possible. Thank you to the Donnellys for sharing this beautiful condo for others to enjoy.

From the minute we walked in the door of our condo here....we knew we had found the best place in the keys to have chosen to enjoy our honeymoon. The condo was exactly as it looked in the photo's, clean, spacious & had absolutely everything we needed to make it a more than comfortable stay. We got married while here, at Sombrero Beach (which I would highly recommend visiting, only a 10 min. drive & voted best place to see the sunset) We mostly enjoyed the condo's own private beach,we were fortunate to literally have the beach to ourselves for a couple of days! The property is very well maintaned, and clean...and the people there are very warm and friendly. I can't say a negative thing about this place, we would definatly book here again! We had a great time here. The condo was very clean and just as pictured. Appreciate in information sent beforehand, it was very helpful. Would stay again if we are in the area. Complex was well kept, quiet and very relaxing. It was great to have beach chairs available to take to the beach. Nothing that we lacked for. Our experience was first rate, highly reccomended.

We enjoyed our stay. The photos were accurate and the condo was very clean. The tiki hut is a perfect place to enjoy relaxing by the beach. We loved Sunset Grill and the snorkeling was fantastic. The fresh fish that is readily available was delicious. Thank you for all your help before our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Marathon.We thought that your home was beautiful and unbelievably peaceful.As Biology teachers we were impressed with your gardens. We have discovered snorkeling and it is our new passion.We hope to return soon. Thanks for letting us into your world!
