We absolutely fell in love with this condo. We shared it with another couple and we were all unanimous in our sentiments that it was fantastic. The owners could not have been any nicer and were perfection to deal with. We all plan on coming back in the fall and will absolutely want to stay there again. Loved it!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first trip to Florida and very impressed with this condo in Watercolor. It was the perfect location to the beach and stores. It was still close to Seaside, but not too close to all the crowds. We have a 3 year old so it was perfect walking distance to everything we needed. We also rented bikes which was fun to ride around to see more of the property and to Seaside. The condo was neatly decorated and seemed more updated than others we have seen. All the rooms were nice and large. We loved the joint tub and shower in master. Very convenient with a little one. We spent most of our time on the porch which was very relaxing! Loved the screened in porch as well! We definitely will make plans to return here in the future!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The location was premium and the homeowners were very easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. Very close to beach & Water Color Beach Club pool, but not so close that you were right in the middle of the crowds. We visited with our two children, ages 8 & 9. We rented bikes, and biked to the beach, pool and Sea Side. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again. Michael and Andrew were great to work with. Highly recommend this vacation rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

Would have been excellent except furniture was not super comfortable and the wifi was dodgy but otherwise location was excellent and the owners were wonderful to help if needed. Bed and bathrooms were very good, access to the WC beach club was nice. 30A is a beautiful wonderful place to vacation. Short walk to Seaside commercial center is a plus as well.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family had been going to Seaside for about 10 years and this time we decided to try Watercolors! It was great! The location of the condo is perfect. Close to the beach, quiet and one can walk/ride a bike to where ever you want to go in Seaside and/or Watercolors. Debora meets you when you arrive and her charming personality, along with the charming condo.....perfect! As said in other reviews, the condo is very comfortable and being on the 2nd level is wonderful when you are sitting outside on the screened in porches. I would highly recommend ParkPlace to everyone!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

It was our first experience with renting with VRBO and we were so lucky to find such and amazing place in the town of Watercolor. The owner was very friendly and meet all of our needs. The condo is beautiful, clean and large enough for our family of 5. We enjoyed being so centrally located to the Beach Club where our kids would ride their bikes to everyday! We especially enjoyed coming home in the afternoon and my husband and I would share a glass of wine of the screened in patio, and being on the second floor gave us the privacy we wanted. It was a lovely vacation and we are so happy to have found such a wonderful spot with such a nice and friendly owner. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later.
