Ideally located above WaterColor’s Cerulean Park and just one block north of the pearly white shores of the pristine Emerald Coast, this recently renovated (February 2009) condominium is both casual and chic. Guests will find themselves just steps away from the WaterColor Inn and Resort, a premiere Gulf Coast luxury destination that boasts a rejuvenating spa, state of the art fitness facility and a collection of refreshing pools.

The charming town of Seaside, known for it’s kitschy homes, outdoor movie and concert events, posh boutiques and variety of dining, is only a bicycle ride away.

Our home offers a generous master bedroom and jetted bath with a spacious walk-in closet, along with a sizable guest bedroom and full bath (as well as a stackable washer and dryer unit). The colorful living space opens to a porch overlooking the quaint park that wraps around to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining area. The fully furnished kitchen, complete with appliances and basic cooking supplies, provides a dining table that comfortably seats six.

Our location is truly unbeatable and the amenities are plentiful. Dining options are endless and vacation recreation opportunities abound.   • I know how much I rely on Guest Comments, so I thought that I would leave my positive comments about this condo. My family stayed here over Labor Day and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is much larger and very well maintained. The condo is in the perfect location, close to everything, within walking or biking distance. The owner was helpful in answering all questions and providing us with every "extra" that we needed, including additional bike rentals and groceries. Thank you for opening your home so that others can enjoy Watercolor.

  • We have stayed in many places in Watercolor and this is the best by far. Our party of 6 had plenty of room in this beautiful and spacious condo (it is even more spacious than it appears in the photos). The location was perfect and the owner was wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again.
