Would have been excellent except furniture was not super comfortable and the wifi was dodgy but otherwise location was excellent and the owners were wonderful to help if needed. Bed and bathrooms were very good, access to the WC beach club was nice. 30A is a beautiful wonderful place to vacation. Short walk to Seaside commercial center is a plus as well.

Park Place, The Place to Be!!

Our family had been going to Seaside for about 10 years and this time we decided to try Watercolors! It was great! The location of the condo is perfect. Close to the beach, quiet and one can walk/ride a bike to where ever you want to go in Seaside and/or Watercolors. Debora meets you when you arrive and her charming personality, along with the charming condo.....perfect! As said in other reviews, the condo is very comfortable and being on the 2nd level is wonderful when you are sitting outside on the screened in porches. I would highly recommend ParkPlace to everyone!!!

It was our first experience with renting with VRBO and we were so lucky to find such and amazing place in the town of Watercolor. The owner was very friendly and meet all of our needs. The condo is beautiful, clean and large enough for our family of 5. We enjoyed being so centrally located to the Beach Club where our kids would ride their bikes to everyday! We especially enjoyed coming home in the afternoon and my husband and I would share a glass of wine of the screened in patio, and being on the second floor gave us the privacy we wanted. It was a lovely vacation and we are so happy to have found such a wonderful spot with such a nice and friendly owner. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later. Just got back from a girl's weekend and absolutely loved this condo. It was the perfect location. Didn't even break a sweat getting to the beach it was that close! The owners were super nice and so helpful. I highly recommend this unit. Thanks so much for the great vacation!

Our "Home Away from Home"

This condo feels like our "home away from home"! We (family of 4 plus 2 grandmothers) just got back from our THIRD YEAR IN A ROW renting this wonderful condo. The condo is great, the location is perfect and the owner is wonderful - it doesn't get any better than that!!

Like the other reviewers, I will note that this condo is much bigger than the pictures suggest. The master bedroom is large and set back privately from the main living area. We had four teenagers with us (two slept in the second bedroom and two on the pull-out couch) and we were very comfortable. The condo had everything you need to cook meals, etc. It's a short stroll to the beach and two pools. Very well-kept and the owner is super easy to deal with. We'd love to come back.

We just returned from a great week at WaterColor. This condo is beautiful, much more spacious than the photos indicate, offered all of the conveniences of home and was super conveniently located. The owner could not have been nicer and did a lot of little things that made our stay very comfortable and memorable at this wonderful resort. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed for 3 nights in February, 2010. The condo was everything we wanted; spacious, clean (very!) and close to the beach/shopping. We have known the owners for 16 years and I expected the condo to be perfect, but it even exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to come back!

I know how much I rely on Guest Comments, so I thought that I would leave my positive comments about this condo. My family stayed here over Labor Day and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is much larger and very well maintained. The condo is in the perfect location, close to everything, within walking or biking distance. The owner was helpful in answering all questions and providing us with every "extra" that we needed, including additional bike rentals and groceries. Thank you for opening your home so that others can enjoy Watercolor.

We have stayed in many places in Watercolor and this is the best by far. Our party of 6 had plenty of room in this beautiful and spacious condo (it is even more spacious than it appears in the photos). The location was perfect and the owner was wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 stayed here from March 21st-28th. This is an immaculate condo in an excellent location, complete with everything we could ever need to make for the perfect vacation. The owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again.
