  THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOUSE WITH MY FAMILY. THE HOUSE'S LOCATION IS PERFECT. IT'S A SHORT WALK TO DOWNTOWN. IT IS VERY CLOSE TO SPAC, THE RACETRACK, THE CASINO, AND NUMEROUS PARKS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING CENTERS. LILY, THE OWNER IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL AND WAS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THE HOUSE IS KEPT CLEAN, HAS 5 BEDROOMS, AND HAS A SMALL BUT NICE BACKYARD AND PATIO AREA. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS BOTH YEARS WE HAD STAYED AT LILY'S HOUSE AND HAD A BLAST. WE HAVE STAYED IN SARATOGA SPRINGS FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS AND THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE NICER STAYS WE HAD. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  We were two couples and three single 50 somethings visiting Saratoga Springs for a biking vacation. The house was as advertised with plenty of room for all of us. We were able to store our bikes safely in the spacious basement each evening. The back patio was great for private relaxing and pinochle playing! On the one rainy day of our stay, we walked one block over to the bowling alley. The supermarket was only a couple of blocks away and we also walked to the center of town for fine dining, shopping, gelato, and sight seeing. The laundry room was helpful for a mid-week washing of our biking clothes. The owner was readily available to answer any questions.

  Seven of us greatly enjoyed the Saratoga Springs experience and a big reason for that was the wonderful home we rented during our 7 day stay. The owner was terrific to work with, no hassles and always available. The real joy was the location. Within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs - I'm talking about a short walk. Walking distance to food stores, bowling ally, night life, you name it. The race track was just about a half-mile away so we could walk there too. The home was perfect with a great kitchen area, nice back yard to sit, relax and barbecue. The place is so convenient in location. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back. fs

  This house was perfect for our stay during the time of our son's wedding. It had plenty of room for all our family members. The home was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to downtown Saratoga and other amenities. For a rental, the kitchen was well supplied. The owner is personable and easy to work with...our rental transaction went very smoothly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

  I stayed there with some friends during Travers week and the house was perfect! It was close to the restaurants and bars, an easy walk to the track and had a ton of beds with plenty of parking. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. I definitely recommend!

  a collegue from work and some of her friends used the house for a "girls" weekend. They loved the town and the house. the location was perfect for a lot of shopping within walking distance, the yummie restaurants and they loved the privacy of everyone having their own room, some even with their own bathroom. They didn't use VRBO to rent it, but volunteered to write a review when they the vrbo listing and how the house looked exactly like the VRBO pictures and description.

  Saratoga Springs is a wonderful town with so much to do and so many great restaurants. I recently spent a long girls weekend at this very conveniently located house. The five bedrooms gave each of us a cozy and private space. My downstairs bedroom had its own bathroom and the entire house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. We walked everywhere- shops, restaurants, grocery, even to a Spa, which was just a few minutes away! We had breakfast on the patio, where we read the paper and planned our next Saratoga trip to this lovely home.

  We had an amazing time during our stay in Saratoga. The house is beautiful; brand new, clean, and immaculate. It is within walking distance to downtown as well as SPAC. Lily, the owner, was so helpful and kind. We will definitely rent this house again when we return to Saratoga.
