Annika, along with her swing coach and her personal fitness trainer provide individualized golf instruction and custom fitness programs in a state-of-the-art facility. Three golf legends, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson have each designed their own unique and challenging golf course at Reunion. Playing these courses will thrill even the most experienced golfer.
Amenities at Reunion Resort go well beyond the world-renowned golf courses and also include a relaxing boutique health spa, which offers a line of services for the most discriminating clientele. Enjoy a luxurious massage or facial, pamper yourself with a relaxing manicure and pedicure, or have your hair treated by a master stylist – all the services and individual attention you could want to feel very special at this wonderful resort you'll come to call "home".
A fun-filled waterpark with plenty of opportunities for both playing and relaxing, clay tennis courts and world-class dining all await you at this special property, and all are available when you move into this long-term rental. The two-story condo comes fully furnished and offers a complete kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a complete telecommunications system with high speed computer access, and full cable television. In other words it is ready to be enjoyed!
The management company "Ginn Reunion" has just changed their policy and announced that they will no longer allow guests of folks who rent their units out themselves access to the waterpark, golf or tennis if these guests are renting for less than 6 months. They are wanting folks to rent direct from the Ginn pool of short term rental property and as such you would need to contact the Ginn Reunion to learn of their rates should you want to rent there and enjoy all the facilities.
Those property owners who continue to rent out their property directly and not using Ginn for the short term basis (anything less than 6 months rental) will have these restrictions (no golf, waterpark, health club or tennis) placed on their renters. Renters who contract with private property owners who enter into a 6 month or longer lease do not have these restrictions and thus those renters have the same access to the facilities that the actual property owner has (in point of fact, the membership for the social or golf club transfers to the renter for that duration). I would suggest you contact Ginn and see what they are charging or change your plans and stay 6 months - the facility is fantastic.
I do own a second unit that is in the Ginn short term rental program you might consider if you still only want 1-2 months and want to stay at Reunion (Unit Q8 at Heritage Crossing) that would work for you but I cannot rent that unit out - only Ginn can. My wife and family are from Wisconsin and enjoyed staying at the Reunion so very much we elected to purchase property for our long term enjoyment. Reunion continues to be on of the best and most relaxing places we have been. Near the action but far enough away that when we want to unwind the beauty of the place assists with our relaxation.
