Serenity, the name says it all.Our family has been enjoying North Captiva Island since the early 1970's and our home reflects it in appearance and design. Being the primer builder on the island and this being our family vacation home a lot of thought and love went into it's construction. This new home has been enjoyed by very few people as it is brand new.
As it's name Serenity suggests, Serenity is what you and your family will achieve. With over 3500 sq. ft. of house and decking, one will want for very little.
A breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and a beautiful view of Pine Island Sound to the east await you.
A private indoor and out door Jacuzzi is yours to relax in after a day at the beach.
A beautifully adorned 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath that sleeps up to 8 people. Fully furnished with all the necessities right down to a Xbox for the kids.
From the moment you arrive until you depart our home is yours and our island lifestyle is shared with you.
Professionally decorated and designed, Serenity features a large gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and seating at our dining table to enjoy with your family or guests. The living are features hard wood floors and comfortable designer furnishing with large flat screen TV.
Three large bedrooms and den provide sleeping for up to eight people. The house also features a luxury tiled bath and shower area.
Included with your stay at the Serenity beach house, you will be entitled to all of the amenities of the North Captiva Island Club. High speed internet and brand new spa (hot tub) are just some of the extras at our home.
