Balcony features a propane barbecue, table, chairs, and chaise lounge. Living room/dining/kitchen area includes sofabed, table chairs, and kitchen. Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, stove top, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher also included.

Living room features a 37" flat screen and HDMI DVD player. Bedroom includes a queen bed, a natural gas fireplace, television, and VCR/DVD player. Washer and dryer located in utility closet.

  • Beautiful! Enchanting, small guest house with all the amenities. Perfect for our family of four, but also ideal for a romantic stay, or business traveler. We arrived by car, but car optional. Walking distance to train station, beach and stores. Great area for bicycling. One of the best VRBO stays we've ever had, and worth every penny.

  • Was looking for a place in San Diego and stumbled upon this place. What a great price for all the amenities provided - washer/dryer, full kitchen, high speed internet, etc. This place is only a short 30min drive to Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld and the Zoo. 10min drive to Legoland and an outlet mall. 60min drive to Disneyland. There is a beach that is about 5 blocks away where you can watch the sunset. Decent restaurants within a 5min car ride. A couple of nice parks with playgrounds for the younger kids that are close by. Bill was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions promptly and was always helpful. Encinitas is a really nice place to stay if you don't mind the short drive. I would stay here again.
